with stormsurge + zhonya + cryptoblum i like to take ingenious hunter + cosmic insight, event 2 of the 3 i like to get these 2 runes together, sure relentless hunter is very good, but i believe with the buff of stormsurge it's ok to sacrifice it and go ingenious hunter if you want to go these items.

As a diana mane for 5 season i can say yeah riot ignore diana and try to put her down the tier list for no reason….and yeah i love his gameplay with diana
So you may have noticed the new Diana E bug -- if you cast E too quickly before Q animation finishes or something, your E doesn't reset. It's so bad right now. Watch the super minion at 29:06
