Corny? First time I've heard of this.. but switching up his music (become industry puppet) yes with those Young Boy NBA and Future tracks which is very distasteful as a Joyner fan.

@@NasXShadyHe starts with the video idea then writes the lyrics to fit. That's how he also did I'm not racist. He didn't have a song that needed a video, he convinced the video then created the song around it.
Notice how Joyner gave his friend his seat at the head of the table and the man took it with a smile before the camera pushed in to show his true intentions? Bro doesn't want the seat. He wants what the seat represents, because in case you didn't notice, the seat at the end is the same seat from the beginning of the video. In the end, it don't matter which head of the table he sits at, because whichever head it is, it ain't where Joyner's sat.
I dont think Joyner ever heard the part where he swithced up, its what the friend really thought, but all joyner saw was what happened before and after the scene changed, pointing more towards the fact that people like him never reveal themselves, and will clink glasses with you despite what they feel under the surface
I actually think the blue background when he was talking about how he really feels is what's going on inside of his friends head. Basically it's how he actually feels, but Joyner doesn't know that, which is why it switched back to the toast and the embrace.

I've had a real experience like this with somebody I knew since childhood. To convey it this well is crazy. My favorite part was the distortion of the guitar increasing throughout the song. The gradual increase in volume and distortion spoke volumes. Great reaction gents 👏🏼

what if instead of it being Rotimi actually saying all the negative parts, this was Joyner reading between the lines and having an internal monologue based on the what he said earlier in the toast. But at the end, Joyner doesn't react because he doesn't know for sure if that's how he really feels or is it just his paranoia for being rich. And Rotimi's face at the end is confirmation for Joyner's thoughts.
