set up a vpc and make post requests through the arduino or esp with wifi. This way you can publish the ip so we can track you. And you don't need to keep updating the ngrok url. Great vid btw

Delete their browsing history, send a video to the user family and such. Automating this would need a massive effort especially on checking up someone is alive or not reliably

Are you sure it wasn't possible to use port forwarding? If you have a dynamic IP, you can use dyndns services like no-ip for them to automatically forward to your ip. And you don't even need to buy a domain, so this is completely free!

(html css js django (maybe SQL or mangoDB for database) )
