Used M16 and Ray gun, switching guns instead of reloading and letting mule kick reload them for me. I think I had about 4 minutes left on the clock and I forgot to grab the Intel that dropped when I finally won. Bittersweet victory. I Don't want to do it again just for the Intel. Worst bossfight ever.

@FiliZi is it still consider a long range weapon? I used it recently with the same attachment and mod and doesnt seem to reach legion chest not even when iam very close.

The marshals are honestly overpowered against legion I broke two orbs within the first 30 seconds of the fight and spent another minute just waiting for him to spawn in the right spot so it was like a minute and a half kill if I had better luck with him teleporting it would have been faster
I think a shotgun pistol that hits at that range has got to be a glitch that makes no sense. As much as I love it, I feel like it will get nerfed in range

I’ve tried legion about twice now and i got close on my second time but I was using the stoner. I had so many panzers spawn in, I was in the last orb too.

i agree on the ammo count that kind of sucks but ehh just buy mule kick (maxed out) and once you hit about 20 stowed ammo, just look for and kill a mangler/mimic and you’ll maximize the ammo you get back so just watch your ammo count in conclusion

It is MILES harder beating legion solo. 3/4 players, yea the damage scales up of course it does!!! a) But the Zombie hoard has to split 3/4 ways. b) Loads of the hoard can be shot in the back 😂 c) You have 3/4 times the fire power and IF you coordinate and shoot the same orb together (which is KEY) you can take legion down in record time, that solo players can't remotely touch - FACT!!! d) 3/4 players also allows differing field upgrades to protect one another, so aether shroud, ring of fire and frenzied guard can be mixed to absolutely blitz the shit out of Legion, almost wipe him out in one phase 😂 Solo is MILES more difficult! IF the player takes more than one gun, it scales up as well! If the player takes 3 guns and/or a Ray Gun, it scales up even more so both in the silo (majorly!) and with the hoard around legion. If you want a really hard solo game, take in a non meta weapon pack a punched to 3 and made legendary, take in a Ray gun, and a pack a punched 3rd gun - and welcome to the non stop elites! 😂 Even 2 players is MILES easier than solo!!! One player can go after legion close on orbs without using his special ability, while the other player pops frienzied guard and slows all the mimics down a d prevent the other player getting popped. I have completed Legion solo tons of times - you sir are smoking crack 😂😂😂😂
i beat him pretty easily helping my friends and even some randoms by still using those strong ass machine gun pistols, especially when you duel wield them.
I get so close every time playing until 3am but just cant do it coz my mate can't last more then about 2 and a half minutes without downing. Then i will get downed. Doesn't seem rifht Forsaken is easiest boss fight ever but I can't beat legion. Was maybe 7 or 8 shots with a streetsweeper up ckose from breaking his last ball but got downed
this son of a B is the only ee i still need tryd him 3 times solo so far with amp first try i destroyed 2 orbs but got greedy by the 3rd one. second try i only destroyed about 1 and a half and last one i destroyed also only one orb

I did tests when the ee/boss fight furst came out. And found out that the hordes and boss fight seems to be easier if you use non ww weapons. So like lets say use the Amp 63 and itll be easier, than with a ray gun

What I do for ammo in the boss fight is just shoot a shatter blast shot into a horde and get ammo
