A- apple donuts, they're a huge hit! You can use sun butter for allergies or use cream cheese ( whipped with a hint of sugar) R- rocket cheese and crackers.
The dramatic play area is always my favorite part of your videos. I even asked my principal if there's a TK (transitional K) spot at our school next year, I would love to incorporate all of your ideas. Thanks for sharing.
Maybe you can make a homemade applesauce or have already made applesauce for a snack for letter A. We have made deconstructed apple pie in a cup with graham crackers, apples and whipped cream:)
Kristen, I have been using Handwriting Without Tears in my classroom for about 20 years. This is a component of Learning Without Tears and it is terrific. I didn't get trained on it, but read through the manuals in my free time. My special education class scored higher than any other class in the district (including general education), that first year that I used the curriculum. We have green consumable workbooks for the children. There are also songs that help the children learn how to hold a pencil, and how to make the lines. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.
@@AllThingsNella Should we worry about proper enunciation? Meaning research says kids don't learn to properly enunciated certain letters until the are a certain age. For instance, some 2/3 year olds will pronounce "juice" as "doos".

Learning Without Tears is fantastic!
Awesome vlog ♥️
Once all the letters have been taught what do you do? Repeat them?
In class, after they have mastered letter recognition and the letter sounds, I move on to blending those sounds.
