Thaddeus ( 0:25 on Flute ) and I were childhood friends growing up in Los Angeles. I am so proud of him ! Even back then, he was so very talented. Last I heard he was living in Frankfurt Germany ( we were both in Germany at the same time and did not even know it . LOL .) He has a lovely wife and children. I wish Thad the best .God Bless ! @77Shiloh7 ahhhhh...my bad, he was playing the Piccolo. I think I remember him also as a kid,playing flute, clairinet, violin (sp? or maybe that was his sister Blanche ? LOL its been too many years...) Either way seeing him playing in a Symphony Orchestra is Awesome !

HAHA!!! That was just too fast to start with, the orchestra knew it and said FU conductor. It never really settles though... still my favorite Mahler.
