Thank you for the update. I like the pumpkin and melon idea. You can probably plant more plantains in that spot where the plough could not go and pineapple on the perimeter . One thing If I may suggest is that you guys do a kitchen garden just for your use with some tomatoes, sweet peppers, cucumber, and get a couple of half barrels and plant scallion, thyme and lettus. As it is for your use it is not Comercial grade it might be easier to manage and it will save you a lot from having to pay for these this in the market especially for adventures.
