Planes seen taking off and landing: THY B707 & B727, DC-9 & DC-10, F.28, Kuwait Airways A300-600, Austrian DC-9, TAROM An-24 & Il-18, Interflug Tu-134, PIA DC-10, MEA B720, THK C-47 and Vickers Viscount. On the background an Air France B727 and a Lufthansa A300 or more likely A310 can be seen as well.

It's really very value video for Turkish Population. Because, Ataturk airport now is Defaced and plundered. This airport was very valuable and important for us.

Airlines and aircraft seen in the video: THY B707 & B727, DC-9 & DC-10, F.28, Kuwait Airways A310-200, Austrian DC-9, TAROM An-24 & Il-18, Interflug Tu-134, PIA DC-10 and MEA B720, plus THK (TUAF) C-47 and Vickers Viscount. A Lufthansa A310 can be seen in the background. Amazing diversity of aircraft types in what was at the time, even with European standards, a medium size airport. Thanks for posting this, it is a true historical document.

Some corrections, the Kuwait Airways plane is an A300, not an A310, the Lufthansa plane may also be an A300, bit difficult to judge from the footage.
