The sir's patient explanation is excellent. I wish to add a grammar point to the narration as appeared in the news for the sake of the listeners mostly students. "Following the inspection" has to be " After following the inspection" . This is because there is no subject for the present participle "following" after the following comma. It could be fixed if a conjunction "After" is placed before'following'. 'Shuttling' also means " going from a point and returning to the point" This, here, means two-way commuting. Please confine my comments to my interest in English and no other purpose whatsoever.
