I thought the original Jake was replaced after the "cheating" husband's wife said she sounded hideous and he replied with that's because she's a guy or however the line went for the Trans community was enraged.
I don't mind either way with the commercial. The old Jake was just an average real agent and had his famous Khaki line while this new guy has a wonderful smile (I don't know what else he has starred in so pls don't bite my head off).
The trans community doesn't care about the "shes a guy" line in it's original form. But I've seen a lot of bigoted memes repurpose it as a punchline against trans people.

SF is probably one of the worst when it comes to claims now. It used to be decent, but they decided to join the bad actors like Allstate and LM. These commercials are great to divert the attention. Do yourselves a favor, don't take their 'experts' opinions and always hire a contractor with experience. Not smart to handle claims alone, these adjusters are trained! .... If I was an actor I would not stand by any of these insurance companies, they're a bunch of crooks.
