Watching this video was the best spent 6 minutes I've spent in the past 48 hours! I did figure out how to get into settings but beyond that all the techniques were outdated or didn't work for Samsung Tab and after making what I thought was progress it started blocking me from sites it had just minutes ago initially let me open. Prob had something to do with some permission I accidentally authorized for Google to send usage statistics or warn me about potential threats during the process of trying diff methods.
