You can stop for stamps at any churches, bars/restaurants, hostels, and often you'll find fruit stands and other such setups that will also have stamps...they're everywhere! As for nice towns to visit? I loved Logrono so much, but there are so many great choices!!

The Camino Pilgrim app is great I've found, but largely just use Google maps
