James Sinclair set up his first business while he was still at school. Years later, that same business is now one of the largest entertainments businesses in the UK, with hundreds of staff and a multi-million pound turnover.
Having achieved success at a young age, James soon found himself in demand as a business speaker, with dozens of requests for help, support and advice from business owners, keen to understand how James had transformed himself from teenage party entertainer, into a hugely respected business owner.
Thanks for checking out these daily videos! We would love for you to get in touch so leave a comment on here or contact us and let us know what you think! THANKS GUYS!

I’m just rewatching all the old BSBs to give myself a bit of motivation. And this is one of my favourites

"owned by quite a poor guy.... Called bill gates" 🤣🤣🤣🤣
I mind telling my gran the value in technology, years back, during the conversation I said "well the man that invented windows is actually the richest man in the world (he was at the time)"
She answered. "oh don't talk nonsense, even if he invented the double glazing he wouldn't be the richest."
    I love old people 🤣🤣🤣🤣

What was the biggest thing that helped the growth of your channel James? Volume of video topics and consistency?
I find TH-cam is the hardest of the audiences to build... Great videos as always.

It is, I don’t think our audience is what it should be for the amount of effort. You’re right it’s hard to crack.
Volume of videos helps but to build I would…
Choose a niche that allows you to build quicker, my channel is broad on entrepreneurship; maybe it would have been smarter to do “Facebook ads for entrepreneurs” then broaden out for example.
Thumbnails- these are so important as they get the clicks.
      Titles- as above
Port audiences from others via collaboration

@@JamesSinclairEntrepreneur thanks for the tips James. I'll ensure I apply those.
I for one think your contents valuable. I guess it's a little like optimisation for google or for customers. Your one of the few channels that show what it's like to buy companies and you show the stresses and challenges not many do that.
Eventually your channel will build past that I think, the other way I've seen that done is to have multichannel. I.e. a TH-cam account for each niche. For you that might be like:
      Mergers and acquisitions
      Podcast
      Behind the scenes
That way you get the benefits of compound on staying niche but also can produce varied content as you do just now. Graham Stephan does that really well in the US.
Some of your stuff is like a tv show. The documentary one you did with the house challenge and then the marsh farm episode was like something you'd see on a tv documentary.
It's a shame that content like that doesn't spike the channel for you. I also think with the fact you have books, and public speak so much you'd imagine it would be many times larger.
You'll get there 👍 big love from Scotland Jimbo. I always miss when there's a wee gap with no videos ;)
