Because of its geographical location between the gulf of mexico, caribbean sea, and the atlantic ocean, it happens more often than you might think. This is my reason for saying no to florida evolved. Besides, the most famous category 5 hurricane to hit florida was hurricane andrew back in 1992. The hurricanes in 2016 and 2017 were only category 3 hurricanes.

Even Elemental Creation Challenge,Valkyrie Dimension Expert, Trip Machine Evolution Challenge, etc... are (arguably) harder to pass than this. Accuracy-wise and maybe even FC-wise though, yes, this song is one of the hardest to pass, but even then, I don't know about the hardest.
Cameron King I wrote this at the time when the new 2013/14 18's were released. And I think IX is probably the hardest 18, Blew My Mind is also up there. But Tohoku still remains one of the hardest because of the stamina, technique, crossovers, speed gimmicks, and step gimmicks it has. VD Expert is actually one of the easiest 18s. 888 is VERY overrated, the only thing that's a pain in the ass is the speedup (which you can memorize) and what speedmod you choose for the song. I mean the patterns are very easy and straight forward. This only requires a bit more stamina than the other 18s.
***** nah, most people agree that it's IX in Challenge for sure, that ending is insane. Max Period isn't that hard of an 18, it's an upper one but not in the top 5 IMO
