Burglary (the official term for breaking and entering) is defined legally as entering a property with the intent to commit a crime. Robbery is using force or the threat of force to steal from someone. And then there’s what this person called Robbery in the video which is actually “Larceny” which is just the legal word for theft. So his “robber” would legally in America be charged with burglary and larceny not robbery because the victim wasn’t physically present and being threatened. Also @ the discussion of having to “break into” a place for it to be burglary, also a common misconception. You could be invited in but if a court could prove you went to your friends house with the intent to steal their tv or kill them, you’d have burglary added onto charges (it’s not common though in more serious crimes unless it’s someone they REALLY wanna put away forever and side charges like that are often dropped in plea deals)

Lmao this is such a true but sad fact about society. These random animals can die we dont care. But when a cute animal dies everyone goes insane. If someone had to choose between killing a cat and a frog, everyone is gonna choose to kill the frog. If a snake is being abused and kept in horrible conditions, no one cares but as soon as someone hits there dog everyone is jumping in the dog’s defense. Its very upsetting.
