For the last one I made a thin cake from a box mix and a cream cheese strawberry filling and it was SO GOOD. and while I was eating for the cake to bake I ate a whole plate of the ham and turkey pinwheels and they were so delicious. For as long as I can remember, I've used the little card the strawberry shortcake rolls come on to cut the cakes into bite sized pieces for myself. I just thought it was a fun way to eat them. I never considered slicing them up for gatherings. That is pretty clever, thanks for the idea! :) Oh, and I love the veggie pizza as well. I'm definitely going to be making them in pinwheel form soon. Thanks again. :)

Thanks!! It depends on which kind you make. If there’s anything with moisture (cream cheese, tomatoes, etc), I’d say a day or two.
Pesto would be good as a base, maybe mixed in with the cream cheese.

Does it hold well til next day?
They do. Sometimes the tomatoes and veggies can make the tortillas a little soft after a day or two, but I don’t mind that. You can always remove the seeds to help reduce the moisture in the veggies or leave the tomatoes out altogether.
We really do make pinwheels for everything, don't we? LOL
