I havent been with you that long but you have been doing things that I have just started experimenting with because my husband was overweight. I have been cooking and baking since I was 8 years old because my family was so big and my Dad was a disabled Korean war vet so my Mom took care of him when he was down from a surgery or just hurting himself as he worked. I love to bake and my husband was really enjoying it till his weight got to be a problem so we started the GoLo diet and it has been great but I like to make my own recipes up as I go. So you have helped me on many new recipes plus my daughter has lyme disease and sugar is a problem for her but with your help my specialty recipes are amazing in a better way now. So I just want you both to know that you are wonderful and beautiful Christian people and I truly enjoy seeing you both. I pray that you are all ok from the Hurricane and cant wait to see what's new. Love to both of you and God bless.
I just love it when I can know a little bit about your life. It is hard trying to transition to a new way of eating. But , if you watch my videos and use some of my recipes, it will make I’d easier. I have done all the research and have tested my recipe and I know they work. Most of them are easy..🌹
I'm new to this channel or program. But I'm enjoying it immensely. I love the mistakes. We'll make mistakes. Don't we God bless you keep up the good work? It's wonderful that you're trying to help us all of us. That need to lose weight or just want to enjoy something different. Again god bless
Yummy! I love that you are using the bread to make the dumplings. I've been looking for something to substitute to make cobblers, this looks perfect! I will try this for sure!
I don't know if you know who Carrie Brown is, but she recommends to use glucomannan in sauces, gravies, etc. Use the xanthan gum in with the dry ingredients of baked goods. That is what I do, and it does fine that way. But your way looks delicious too.
@@grammarosesopenpantry2729 I'm from Western North Carolina which is so devastated right now. We call it bear jam cause it's same berries the bears are eating and if you are out picking berries you better watch out for bears. You just make it as you would any berry jam using strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries or blackberries.
@@norme2681 Roy and I have really been praying for y’all and everyone that suffered so much devastation. Our hearts are so saddened for you. That is interesting to know. Now, every time I make jam or a cobbler from those berries, I will remember that story. Thank you so much and again, we are continually praying 🙏🙏🌹
@@grammarosesopenpantry2729 We moved to the coast of NC after retiring, but please keep praying for our friends up there. The town of Chimney Rock and our old house is gone.
I don't know if you're aware, but you can add whatever your vanilla was made with (vodka, rum, etc) and just keep it topped off over the beans and it will be good for many years. Ina Garten (The Barefoot Contessa) has some that is over 23 years old. I have some in that exact same bottle made using vodka and all I do is add back whatever was used out of the bottle. ❤
Have you ever used pecan flour? I found it at WalMart and like it better than almond. It's texture is finer and softer than almond flour. Plus, it's PECAN!!!!!!
I have purchased this same Keto bread and I never thought about using it this way. This is pure genius. Thank you for the recipe. I am so glad you are both doing better. God is good all the time.
I tried making a blackberry cobbler with carb quick, but it was way too watery and I had to throw it out, but I never thought about the xanthan gum. I’m glad you mentioned it. I hope that would help but I don’t know if I can use a quick have you tried thatcar Carb quick?
What if you cubed the keto bread slices, let dry, then added it to the berries. I think I may try it that way to get the same results. If you added a lot of the cubed dry bread, it would make a berry bread pudding I would think.

Yes, when my granddaughter gave it to me, she used vodka and she said to just keep topping off 🌹

Yes, as a matter of fact, I have made my own before. I put it in a processed and process it until it becomes flour. I use it in pie crust sometimes 🌹
What if you used no carb tortillas for the dumplings. I’ve done that before in chicken and dumplings. Looks good.
I have used those before and it was delicious..both are awesome 🌹

Berries dont need sugar added.
Every faith it would turn out 😅
