mostafa Adel That will not make big changes as it is horizontal distance without any much pressure drop that was adjusted and considered while primary pump selection.
faizan khan basic problem that we encounter in the plant room are 1. maintenance for the pumps because of strainer blockages which results in lesser flow rate. 2. sometimes chiller surge may occur due to condenser coil blockage, cooling tower fans failure, improper functioning of pumps etc. 3. cooling tower fins blockage etc.
Lucas Cross Jr the pipes were coated with anti corrosion resistant paints with 2 coats, and the leakage was monitored by sensors with sensor wire running along the complete pipe length which were connected to BMS.
faizan khan : there are many types of Insulations available 1. Rubber Insulation 2. Foam Insulation 3. Thermobreak type Insulation with Aluminium foiling. etc.
DRV location is icorrect , must follow 5-8D Rule the clamp support incorrect, must insulate similar to BVF otherwise the joint insulation will crack plus enusre the foster is anti-fingus plus what you point as control panel it is actually a chiller isolater.however, you to ptovide curb to protect from weather conditions
DRV valve comes with a memory stop feature and on it, and there are numbers which denote the flow rate through the pipe. Now depending upon the Capacity of your chiller the flow rate in the pipe is decided and once the flow rate is confirmed then the DRV can be set with specified flow rate. The above DRV in the video is set at 14.2 L/S.
faizan khan : There are fans on the top part of the chiller as it is top discharge. The fans will suck the air from sideways and through the fin arrangements along the condenser coils, the air passes and the heat transfer takes place in the meanwhile and finally hot air is discharged from the top portion.
Thanks and well explained for the beginner like me
Very nyc information bro🎉
Very well explained
Memory stop feature? Whatever its set at flow will stay same? Not if pump pressure is increased.
thanks for explained in this vedio.I like this vedio
very usefull video.keep it
What is the 134a chiller setpoint, suction and discharge pressure
Should Drv be installed in return or supply line.
What about the pumps, you have primary system or secondary system ?
PUMP is located below inside the building pump room.
Dear
Can you tell me , can we installed the motorized BV valve bv . After the drv valve ?
Great Vedio
Super bro
Hi, Could you please add a video related to Primary and secondary pumps?
Rahul Dy : I will give me sometime
I want to what tpyes of problems in chiller plz some explain sir
Nice
What is the job of DRV ?
thank you for sharing
the distance from chiller to your project is to very high how do you overcome this problem ?

Which is compressor and how many tons
what can be troubleshoot in the plant and how to check it.

HVAC System Master
thank you sir
thank you. keep do it!
how to discharge the compressor in chiller plant..
Nice good job
How do you know if an underground pipe is leaking a little bit? Or if there is rust buildup?
Lucas Cross Jr the pipes were coated with anti corrosion resistant paints with 2 coats, and the leakage was monitored by sensors with sensor wire running along the complete pipe length which were connected to BMS.
Thanks Bro....

bro i also need plz send me

Bro one video upload please this system how to water flashing make a video please I nead I have one side ....and one video water belancing
which type of insulation use in supply and return chiller pipe..

sir can you explain how to adjust drv plz

@@HVACSystemMaster Boss we can monitor the bf from BMS then why used drv
@@meermohd890
You need both , static & dynamic balancing .
Can you pls make a video of ducting and
how to cooled the condensor in air cooled plz define

HVAC System Master
thankyou..
where the hell is the power line for that DRV.
Max R video was taken before the PICV was connected to BMS system.
+hvac. okay, so now where does it get it's power from.
Cant understand anything
