    Memory stop feature? Whatever its set at flow will stay same? Not if pump pressure is increased.

    the distance from chiller to your project is to very high how do you overcome this problem ?

    • @HVACSystemMaster
      @HVACSystemMaster  6 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      mostafa Adel That will not make big changes as it is horizontal distance without any much pressure drop that was adjusted and considered while primary pump selection.

    what can be troubleshoot in the plant and how to check it.

    • @HVACSystemMaster
      @HVACSystemMaster  7 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      faizan khan basic problem that we encounter in the plant room are
      1. maintenance for the pumps because of strainer blockages which results in lesser flow rate.
      2. sometimes chiller surge may occur due to condenser coil blockage, cooling tower fans failure, improper functioning of pumps etc.
      3. cooling tower fins blockage etc.

    How do you know if an underground pipe is leaking a little bit? Or if there is rust buildup?

    • @HVACSystemMaster
      @HVACSystemMaster  6 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Lucas Cross Jr the pipes were coated with anti corrosion resistant paints with 2 coats, and the leakage was monitored by sensors with sensor wire running along the complete pipe length which were connected to BMS.

    • @HVACSystemMaster
      @HVACSystemMaster  7 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      faizan khan : there are many types of Insulations available
      1. Rubber Insulation
      2. Foam Insulation
      3. Thermobreak type Insulation with Aluminium foiling. etc.

    DRV location is icorrect , must follow 5-8D Rule
    the clamp support incorrect, must insulate similar to BVF otherwise the joint insulation will crack
    plus enusre the foster is anti-fingus
    plus what you point as control panel it is actually a chiller isolater.however, you to ptovide curb to protect from weather conditions

  • @fathmasameer7523

    sir can you explain how to adjust drv plz

    • @HVACSystemMaster
      @HVACSystemMaster  7 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      DRV valve comes with a memory stop feature and on it, and there are numbers which denote the flow rate through the pipe. Now depending upon the Capacity of your chiller the flow rate in the pipe is decided and once the flow rate is confirmed then the DRV can be set with specified flow rate. The above DRV in the video is set at 14.2 L/S.

    how to cooled the condensor in air cooled plz define

    • @HVACSystemMaster
      @HVACSystemMaster  7 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      faizan khan : There are fans on the top part of the chiller as it is top discharge. The fans will suck the air from sideways and through the fin arrangements along the condenser coils, the air passes and the heat transfer takes place in the meanwhile and finally hot air is discharged from the top portion.
