We sang this at our school Christmas special when I was in 6th grade. I was the baratone "sift the flower and fold in eggs". I always wondered what it sounded like from the audience.
We did this in my high school chorus. I was the bass/baritone, and all the parts actually had the ingredients they were singing about. We all threw the ingredients at each other as we sang our part. Flour and eggs was by far the best.
My high school choir teacher, Philip Hageman, wrote this song in the 1970s! We performed it back then too.
