When the enemy has a heartsteel, every fight they take is positive. Even if they do die, as long as they get more than 150hp worth of stacks off of it, its still positive because 150hp is worth 400 gold, 100 gold more than a kill.

I've mained Tahm Kench for years and he does exactly what Mundo does. I even had a recent game with a fed Cho who did more damage than all of my team and I combined. My point is, top lane tanks don't exist if there's also a role called juggernaut, because then they all fall into that category. I think the real tanks are supports like Thresh, Blitzcrank, and Rakan.
