I saw bumped into your Channel today & I subscribed because you are cute & intelligent! I have not listened to your reasons not to get married, but what I know is that the Lord has a special young man for you and that God established the institution of marriage in its purest form! As long as you have desires for sexual intimacy, it means God wants to fulfill them in a holy bond! Spend time with the Lord in a secret place & grow your intimacy with Him & he will order your steps & guide you, don't make lifetime decisions based on Fear (satan) but make such decisions on Faith ( trust in God's Eternal, constant Love)
I understand your reasons and I've read all the comments but I have to tell you that marriage is a beautiful thing. The problem is we don't understand its purpose. Also the people you grew up looking up to don't either. I picked that up from your words.
The purpose of marriage is not about taking care of someone or joining the another family, but it is to be holy. It about not sleeping around, changing partners every now and then. It not like you will be responsible for someone's life, they also should have a role. It reciprocal, not a one way thingy. If you marry someone you're not joining a his family but you are leaving both of your families to start building your own. It even there in the bible that a man will also leave his parents.
We have a tendency of looking for mistakes on few people and start generalizing as if it like that in every marriage or community. Just because people behave that way in your community doesn't mean everybody is doing the same. I'm in my early 30s and I had a privilege of growing up under the same roof with parents who've been married for more than 35 years. I have alot married people in my community and church who are very happy. I can't think of one who's not happy.
I understand you still young and probably what you've said is the only experience you know and haven't met some couples that will inspire you, and I don't blame you. Wait until you are in your 30s - 40s and see if you view will be still the same. It doesn't make sense that you want companion of a lifetime yet you don't want to get married. You'll wake up in you 30s and 40s realizing that men come and go in your life while you looking for a companion.

I have mixed views about marriage cause of the bad leaders like you mentioned in your video😂 but to be honest with you I do want to get married ngenye imini and see how it will go.

I'm new to the channel😄 came to like how you deliver your content. . But Are you still feeling the same about it nangok? I do get your point and it's legitimate. But on a contrary, the modern marriages aren't based on those standards anymore, I think as gents nathi we came to learn ba it's not ideal to have such expectations from women and we see the importance of having equal partnership where both partners share responsibilities and support each other. . Those traditional gender roles and expectations may have been relevant in the past kodwa in the modern life we strive for equality and balance in our relationships. .We have evolved as a society and our relationships should reflect that progress.. Unless you partner with a person who still believe in those rigit roles

I rarely had good examples of marriage growing up but somehow the idea of doing life with a loving partner in a marriage, with kids that are loved, makes me look forward to being a wife to my husband one day. A happy home that I can call mine ❤️✨
