  • Pain is one of the most common symptoms of arthritis. While meditation may not be able to cure pain, it can help you manage it more effectively as a regular part of your arthritis care plan. This guided meditation will teach you techniques to approach pain differently and help diminish its intensity.

Bro, what the heck, why did this work?
The barrier thing almost made me cry. Like, my body’s just having a natural reaction, and that’s okay. It wants me to be safe. This helped ease 90% of the burden

Im grateful for this meditation, it has helped me get through my migraine and now I’m sleeping through the night. I love the concept of listening to my body and letting the pain take over because it helps with the pain, it also makes me feel like I’m treating my body with love and respect.

Previously used this for my chronic pain but this month I'm using it for recovering from spinal surgery. The pain-rejection thing can be overwhelming and it's so difficult to let that go. This video helps me do that and helps me fall asleep each night.

My resistance and anxiety are not subtle at all, they are SCREAMING, my whole entire self is screaming “I don’t want this! I don’t want to deal with this! I CAN’T deal with this!” I’m doing my best to just observe that too, but dang, it can feel like I am dying

Brilliant, I'm currently almost completely immobile from nerve damage in my spine which brings alot of pain and weakness ie can't get up without help and barely walk. I'm really feeling for everyone who's suffering chronic pain. I wish the very best for you!

I've been meditating for 35 years but my constant pain from recently diagnosed RA is making it hard for me to even try. Looking forward to following this later on before bedtime.
