I listened to it after such a long time now and this video made me so emotional thinking about how partition ruined so many lives and how difficult was it for our ancestors at that time. Always loved this song so much as a child. I listened to it after such a long time now and this video made me so emotional thinking about how partition ruined so many lives and how difficult was it for our ancestors at that time. Although, It must have been such a relief getting independent after years of colonization but so many people lost their lives during migration.
