भारतीय वायुसेना के लिए C-295 aircraft

The Indian Airforce is to get delivery of the first C-295 aircraft on 13 Sep 23. This is part of the contract that the Airforce has signed for 56 of these aeroplanes with Boeing. Sixteen aeroplanes would be given in flyaway condition while the rest would be manufactured in India. This is an important step in making the transport fleet of the IAF a force to reckon with.
