Kienyeji Chicken Business: Kilimo Biashara Kenya

- Local poultry farming has proven to be a lucrative business. Business minded young professionals in the country have no reason to spare this field to earn the much needed extra cash.
This was well demonstrated by a young Lawyer Ian Mutwiri who admits he is in the business to create an empire.
He has rented a small plot in Ruaka and he has relocated his Homerange Poultry Farm breed here to help the upcoming farmers within the capital city.
His major enterprise is in Meru where he has a flock of over 5000 local (Kienyeji) breed of chicken.
Kilimo Biashara crew payed him a visit and he had a lot to give as successful farmer.
You don't have to start with a fortune in terms of cash.

Wonderful to see these free chickens . Not cruelly locked up in the dark , no room to move .
Excellent work. This man understand exactly how to raise a healthy chicken. If all chicken farmers can follow his method, I think we can enjoy the best chicken for consumption. I like his work.
