After watching the whole series it’s amazing how far Amy socially developed. Sheldon behaviour was just his nature but Amy’s was a mixture of having an overbearing mother who isolated and controlled her as well as not fitting in at school for being a nerd. By the end of the series she was still quirky and smart but she was way less socially awkward

I love how Amy blossomed and relaxed into being relational and listening to her emotions once she got around a group of people who cared so much about her. It was beautiful to watch.

I think it is incredible that Sheldon's mom called him a "man" in this scene, where I think Leonard's mom constantly refers to him as a boy or a child. Mrs. Cooper may be a religious nut but even Sheldon admits that she loves him.
