As far as I think, initially the boy may come from a decent family as can be judged from the words when he communicated with the girl. As the girl is highly educated, she may not like him but due to the pressure from her parents, she finally agreed to marry him but may not to do so. This decisiveness from the girl left the boy completely dishearted so he decided to take revenge from her. The boy became a civil servant(not an advocate) precisely to be an IAS as we can see him in the iconic ambassador car. Later, he misuses his power to take the revenge from the entire girl's family. Coming to the end of the movie, I think we should have to go to the cinema and watch the movie.
