DESI PASTA RECIPE | DESI MACARONI RECIPE
Ingredients:
- Oil: 2 tbsp
- Onion: 1 pc
- Ginger: 1 tsp
- Garlic: 1 tbsp
- Green Chilli: 2 pc
- Butter: 1 tsp
- Tomatoes: 1 cup chopped
- Salt to taste
- Water
- Macaroni/Pasta of choice
- Turmeric Powder: 1/4 tsp
- Coriander Powder: 1 tsp
- Kashmiri Chilli Powder: 1/2 tsp
- Oregano
- Chilli Flakes
- Soy Sauce: 1/2 tsp
- Cream: 1 tbsp
Recipe:
1. Take a pan, add oil, chopped onions and cook till translucent. Then add ginger, garlic and green chilli. Saute. Also add some butter.
2. Add chopped tomatoes, salt to taste and some water. Cook till tomatoes turn mushy.
3. To boil the pasta: Take a saucepot, add water along with some salt and let it come to a boil. Add the macaroni to it and boil for 10 mins.
4. Back to the pan, add turmeric powder, coriander powder and chilli powder. Mix and cook till everything comes together.
5. Add oregano, chilli flakes and some pasta water. Let it cook. Add some soy sauce (optional) and chopped capsicum.
6. When the sauce comes together, add fresh cream (optional).
7. Finally, add the boiled pasta to the sauce, toss it well, serve and enjoy!
