frothy/foamy pee can be a sign of too much protein in it, which could be a sign of your kidneys not working like they're supposed to...but it can also come from the shape of the toilet or even chemicals that are in the bowl from cleaning...hope this helps :)) drinking more water is always a good idea tho, could solve this issue as well
