Thanks for this video. I think, for climbing outside, I'll use 10 Inch steel tent stakes from Harbor Freight. I weigh only 120 pounds, so I think that will do the trick. Regards...
So I bought a lot of weights and cables so I could exercise at home but my feet kept slipping when I tried to perform pull-throughs or hip thrusts. The solution I arrived at is syrup because it works as glue and it's easy to clean, but it's still a hassle. Would shelf liner like this work on a floating wood floor?

Good advice. When I'm using an extension ladder on a tricky surface, I rest a couple of 60 pound sandbags up against the feet.

Leveling it like on stairs, or like on the side of a hill where it is sloped sideways?
