For kitchen you can use Y pattern instead of S pattern and high water option.
In 1 attempt it will clean. Just try it out.

A small doubt, there are two air vents at the back of the robot mop, does air come out of both of them? Or comes with only one. Can any one check and tell me?

Thanks for the review. I was looking for such user review. Few questions 1. There is only one side brush, is it enough for vacuum?
2. How many months you are using?

Yes one side brush is fine. Although it does not pick up from extreme corners. Suction is good enough for the rest. It has been 6-7 mths. One fill can mop almost 3 rooms.
I recently purchased but I am noticing mop area is bit sticky after mopping even with high water and professional mop. Are u also having same issue? @giggle1074u

A friendly advice, switch on the "clean along the edges" option on for first time cleaning and mapping. Also, it would be good if you could help the robot for first time cleaning, for example removing the obstacles, keeping the gates open, etc.

Use only RO water or bottled water. Hard water will cause huge problem later. salts will clog the dripping tubes inside the robot
hi guys, there is no option for me in the application to chose the S Or Y Mode. So the robot only operates with Y Mode. does anyone else has this issue?

That is for surfaces like wooden floor, when you use less water mode
after every mobbing we have to clean the mob cloth ? & one more question can we clean mob cloth in washing machine or we have to clean our self ?
Yes. Remove mop cloth from holder & wash. Dry it too. I am washing in a bucket/ under running water. No idea abt washing machine. It will be quite dirty to be washed in washing m/c with other clothes.
This is a microfiber cloth. Avoid washing machine. That will be too harsh for it.

How much square feet area can be covered with full capacity of water tank?
How much left in tank after cleaning completed? and did you get any notification if water is running out? And is it ok to keep charging always?
I need to refill once to mop entire house at high water level mode. Then drain whatever extra is left. Never keep on charing with water filled in tank. U can switch off from main supply and the also power off the robot, once it is 100% charged.

@@naveenreddy6798 i hope u turned off the robot also. Long press power button of robot after switching off main supply of docking station.
If you only switch off power of dock, overnight robot will consumes 30% battery.
Better to keep it on charging always as it is recommended. Or else you can switch off dock and robo by long pressing power button.
No water level notification however onf full refill works for 60 minutes of moping.
Thanks for the video. There are 2 mop cloths. One came attached and there is another one, packed, which has a running line/slit. Would you know how these 2 cloths differ for functionality?
I have used the one that is attached. Since, i mop using high water level mode so i use this one as it is for wet mopping. The other one is moist mop. I am assuming it is for lesser water level mode.
You can use the moist mop for over the counter / Table top surface cleaning..That is what I learnt from people abroad using these robots

I had enabled remember map feature during my first clean. Now when I open the app I see a distorted map. It is not complete. Is this normal? In settings I am unable to use area editor option. It says please complete the cleaning task first and make sure remember my map is enabled. Remember map option is enabled in the settings but still facing the issue. Are you facing similar issues? Also on the screen which shows map there are two buttons on the top right I am unable to use them. How to enable them? It would be helpful if you could make a dedicated video on Mi Home app for Vacuum robot.
After first clean is over, press that + sign that comes. That will save the map. Only after that you will be able to use area editor & otner functions.
@@giggle1074u When I press that I am getting please complete the cleaning task first and ensure remember map is enabled. I am assuming you are referring to plus button below the battery percentage indicator.

@@giggle1074u I have finally mapped in my third attempt. I wanted to know if the robot gets disconnected with wifi or I turn the robot off will the map be available when I restart again? Or it will map again?
@@vineethmatta6439 it will be available even if u turn off or disconnect with wifi. For erasing map you have to reset map using the app.
Hello there, great video it is. Could you let me know if vacuum and mop mode can be used simultaneously? I was advised not to attach mop fitting while vacuuming. If so then how can i use vacuum and mop mode?
Yes you can use. There is a mode for that.
It doesn't go in sleep mode, after full charge. If any command is required,for Mi,we are not able to get sleep mode.This is essential to protect battery life.Please enlighen any steps in settings?
You will have to manually turn of dock main power supply and switch off Mi using power on/off button.

I cant use only mop function, it says 'make sure the water tank is installed', but when I choose Vacuum-Mop at the same time with the same tank it will mop 🤷♀️

You have to change the tank, then you can use the mode

How many bedrooms it will cover if we fill water once
Depends on s or y pattern and water level mode. But even in high watwr mode level it cleans 3-4 rooms
60 minutes of moping. After that you need to refill.

Hi.. I have seen few old models have water leaking issue from tank. Did you face any water leak inside the robot during mopping?
Haven't seen any leakage inside the machine.

@@deepikakulkarni371 now cost is 25k 😐😐. The cost of wifi speaker is listed as 4k in MI India site. It was selling at 21k earlier. They are unnecessarily clubbing wifi speaker and increasing the cost of this cleaner.
I have purchased a mi vaccum robot mop in June last.it worked well for one month.then it is seen not working properly and the matter was informed to their services center as required by them.now 2 months passed.no contact,no response,no action,no message.after service is quite unsatisfactory at least in my case.this is for information.
Charging time and with full charge how long it will work
It can run for more than an hr with full charge in standard mode. Haven't checked charge time.
It takes More then 2 hrs for full charging. With full charging and standard settings it can clean upto 100-110 minutes.
This has water leak problem. After moping there will be drops of water in the tank compartment.

What happen if it's battery become low in middle of cleaning what happen to leftover work
It will go back to docking station. Charge & resume.
Goes back at 10% to dock, charges 100% in a very long time and then resume from where it left.
Does anyone know why it returns several time in one room? It finishes one room and after several minutes it comes back again and doing it again in the same place. How can I avoid it?

Make sure you clean the compartments daily. Also the mop cloth. Keep cleaning the brush at bottom depending on no of hair that get stuck. Never keep it on charge with water tank installed and wet mop cloth on. And once fully charged, turn the main supply and robot off

If you purchase from Authorized dealer then you will get it at the same time with delivery of vacuum mop.
I think you're wrong that's not where the water goes the water goes on the map head itself where you put the map the water goes inside that pink on the bottom not inside . Tank that tank with the filters only for the vacuum the map of the one on the bottom that you have to fill up that's the map container you're wrong

@@Thegreekgeekss if you've used it, it is an issue. 1. We need to check & refill the water, there's no automatic water gauge. Secondly it tends to get stuck in areas where it usually won't without the mop accesory.
@@aditya1835 after 1-2 times of usage, you set the water level accordingly so it is enough. You also soak the mopping with water before you start. And of course all the house should be clear of cables etc. Robot vacuums need some preparation before start mopping 😅

If you compare this robo to other companies like Roomba, it is kept at very reasonable prices. Also heard that this performs Better than Roomba.
I guess mi mop p version should mop/run in y section instead running straight.

If we want add disinfectant liquid, just dip mop cloth in diluted disinfected liquid and drain som water and attache to Robo, this how I am using

I checked wifi 2.4ghz, WPA but still it doesn't connect to wifi router.
Same issue with me, it worked when I changed my dual band wifi router set up to single band 5 GHZ then it worked
