Hi everyone! I took about twelve lessons with Sebastian between Dec 2023 and Feb 2024 (passed my class 7 road test TODAY!!) and I can confirm that he's the real deal. His instructions are clear and detailed, he is extremely knowledgable about all laws pertaining to driving, has a wealth of tips and common mistakes that he will generously share, and most importantly, he is just a great teacher. Besides his teaching expertise, he has a great sense of humour and will make you feel at ease quickly. I will definitely be using his services when I book my class 5 road test! Thank you for all your help Sebastian - I will miss our conversations !
I grinded these videos for 2 weeks while practicing for my license transfer from a different country and I passed on my first try with flying colours! Let's gooooo!! Thanks so much for the amazing content !!
I spent hours watching your videos and practicing and I'm happy to say that yesterday was my Class 5 road test and I passed on my first try! Thank you so much for all your knowledge and advice. Your videos are so insightful and helpful! To everyone who is about to take their road test: YOU CAN DO THIS! Practice a lot, trust yourself, be present, stay focused, listen to your instructor and don't be afraid to ask them any doubts you may have before you start your test (in my case, it was a sunny day and I was nervous of the sun glare blinding me, so I asked before the test if I could wear sunglasses and my examiner said yes!)
Just passed my class 7 road test at the first try! Thank you for the tutorial, your commentary is very detailed and prevented me from going above 30km/h in the construction zone . I couldn't have made it without your video!
Hey! I passed my N test thanks to your videos that clearly and specifically outline the do's and don'ts for you test. I missed only 3 but I managed to pass really well with even the examiner's only note being "Good Job!". I'm only 17 and if I can pass the test at Burnaby, arguably one of the hardest locations due to the road inclines and extremely confusing road design, y'all can 100% pass as well with enough dedication!
I took my road test class 7 today in Abbotsford and failed so now I have to come to Burnaby in 3 weeks and take it again. The video helped a lot knowing the Burnaby area to actually know the area before. Thanks for it
Thank you for your suggestion, today I passed the road test on 4399 Burnaby! July 19th 2024, after 2 failed test May and June in 4399, I practice, practice, practice and never give up. Finally passed, appreciate for your video, good man have a wonderful life!
hey buddy, thank you so much for taking the time and affort to make these videos. just passed my class 7 road test by simply practicing and watching your videos on my own.
I recently had the pleasure of taking driving lessons with Sebastian and I passed with a perfect score! From start to finish, Sebastian was super knowledgeable, patient, and professional driving instructor. As a nervous and inexperienced BC driver, I was apprehensive with driving, but he quickly put me at ease with his calm and reassuring demeanor. Sebastian took the time to understand my needs and tailor the lessons accordingly. He is an excellent communicator and instructor, who is skilled at breaking down complex maneuvers or questions into simple, easy-to-understand instructions. He provided clear, concise instructions and feedback, which helped me correct my mistakes and improve my driving skills. What sets Sebastian apart from other driving instructors is his genuine passion for teaching and his commitment to helping his students succeed. I would highly recommend Sebastian to anyone looking to learn how to drive. He is a true professional who cares about his/her students and takes pride in his work. Thank you, Sebastian, for an excellent driving lesson experience!
Thanks for your nice explanation, I was confused before watching your video, about the speed limit on those residential areas where there is no yellow line in the middle and cars are parked, but you mention a couple of time 30 to 40 totally fine. thanks
Just passed my class 5 with a perfect score! Your videos are amazing, I didn't even take a brush-up lesson, just read stuff on reddit and watched all the TH-cam videos I could find! To anyone taking the road test: Make sure to shoulder check and keep scanning. I did a parallel park and went on the highway for like 1 min. Examiner was nice, made smalltalk which made everything less nerve-wracking. Thank you SPIN!!!!
I recently took my class 5 road test for the first time here in Surrey, BC and passed. Your videos really helped me a lot in passing my road test .Thank you Sebastian!😊

Passed my test first try using a lot of the tips from this video. As long as you’re a safe and confident driver, the rest is in the hands of the examiner. Cheers!
I love your vids bud. As an experienced instructor on V.I. I reference your videos a lot. :) Vids don't replace lessons, but they help students remember what we worked on In-Car.

Hey just wanted to say that by watching your videos alone it helped me so much when it came to my roadtest. I had taken 2 Test previously and had failed both because each time I let the nerves get the best of me. Your videos really help people prepare for the roadtest and insure that they are as safe on the road as possible, had I lived nearby I definitely would've booked lessons

Re: 11:00 If the instructor doesn't give you any instructions to turn you will NOT always be going straight. You still must follow the the road signs and obey the rules, including intersections that maybe for example be Right turn only. Pay attention for these, because the instructor will give you no warnings and allow you to proceed through the intersection in violation of the law.

Hey, just wanted to let you know I watched your videos so much in the months and weeks leading up to my test and they were incredibly helpful and informative. I think it partly lead to me passing first time yesterday! 💪🥳
Did everything correct, just like you mentioned in the video. Examiner still failed me, was told that I touched a solid line when switching to the left lane. Like at 23:04 in the video, you switched to the left lane. I know I did not go over any solid white lines, couldn't recall but might've slight touched one on my way into the left lane. Felt really sad as I thought I drove really well :( Thought should mention this here.

Thank you so much for this video, you're a lifesaver! My road test is at the end of the month and I definitely needed this. Also, nice, I see that Tool poster and some records behind you 👀
I nailed my road test on my first try!! Only mistakes I made were changing lanes over a solid white line and stopping too far over the stop line at an intersection. Otherwise, the instructor said that I'm a "very safe driver" and that I did especially well with parallel parking, and with all my shoulder checks, mirror checks, and turns. I felt confident and prepared after having watched so many of your videos and studying a practicing a ton. Thank you so much for all you do!!
This video help cool my nerves. My test is in 3 weeks and this video basically showed me how I should do it. Hopefully I pass first try. Thank you and God bless you 😁
Hi Sebastian. I watched your videos a lot before the test and I just passed my class 7 road test today! Thank you so much your videos were very helpful. The route was almost same in this video as well:)
Damn, I failed my first N test. I got picked up for one-handed steering because i did the Snoop Dogg "park it like it's hot" maneuver a few times when I was stationary and had to turn the wheel all the way one side. Really frustrating, but I guess I know what to avoid. Also was picked up for using the backup camera too much apparently. Everything else was mostly fine, maybe 1 or 2 missed shoulder checks, apparently I was going 40 in a 50 (but I didn't see any sign indicating that...) Your tutorial was really awesome though. I just wish I knew about that beforehand so I didn't have to waste more time ugh.....
Perhaps?, maybe. im not going in the straight line, im looking over my shoulders and it's a short distance to travel. But, sure look behind you if you will.
The problem with the test route in burnaby here is there is a very short stop sign once you exit the ICBC lot to the left. In the past that was often hidden by the tree....i see too many ppl fail their test just because of it.
Thanks for making and uploading this video..! I'm taking my class 7 road test at this Burnaby location tomorrow..! Feeling confident, so it should go well.
What to do with the 3 hand signals if I owned a RHD vehicle? Down = Stop. Up = Left and Right = Right? Using my right hand of course in this case. Correct?
@@spindrivingschoolbookedtil7125 thanks confirming. I have another question. In Richmond school zones are mon-fri 8am to 5pm on school days. Right now kids are on summer break so should I keep my speed at 30kph or 50kph?
Hi, thanks for the video I found this quite helpful to practice for my upcoming N test. I’m just a little unclear about what you said with the 360s when reverse stall parking. Do you want to 360 before angling your vehicle, and also before you begin to reverse, or just when you begin to reverse?
Wanna say thank you so much your videos really help me pass my test in wack today I've failed like 5xs for just stupid shit, the shoulder checking you teach is great really helped me thank you so much
Sorry for the late response but I passed thanks to you. Reverse was really hard because the lot is quite small but it's manageable better then point Grey.
Just to keep in mind, there is 5 second delay for the top right right video. So keep in mind everything done in the main video is 5 seconds sooner! Be careful watching!
Teaching my daughter how drive now (she has her L). Question: Can you use your vehicle's camera/screen to reverse in a straight line on the test, or must you use the right outside mirror/rear window? The rear window is basically useless in our SUV for reversing. Thanks.
Thank you for making this video, it is really helpful. I watched it like 3x already. lol. My road test is tomorrow.. Wish me luck!!! I hope I will pass. 🙏🏼
I just got my N today!!! I failed my 1st try due to not having a safe distance while doing parallel parking according to the examiner.. I watched this video 3x before my road test today and voila! I PASSED. Thank you so much!!! 😊
Hi there, I love your explanations in this video! You’re clear and concise. Questions I have are: 1) Am I allowed to put my right hand behind the passenger seat when reversing? I did that once one my previous road test… the examiner failed me because of it. And 2) Would I get marked for turning right on a red light at an intersection even if it is clear and safe to do so? I failed for that reason as well. I have a road test tomorrow (at the same location, too)! My driving instructor told me both are okay, but I want to confirm. Thank you and looking forward to your response (:
Hi, I already explained both situations in previous videos. So yes you can put your hand behind and yes you can turn right on red as long as it's Legal, Safe and you STOP first!!!!! Best of luck!!!!!

Your instruction is wonderful and detailed! Thank you and wish you always safe.
Hi Sebastian. I watched your videos a lot before the test and I just passed my class 7 road test today! Thank you so much your videos were very helpful. The route was almost same in this video as well:)
Thank You.
Everything else was mostly fine, maybe 1 or 2 missed shoulder checks, apparently I was going 40 in a 50 (but I didn't see any sign indicating that...)
Your tutorial was really awesome though. I just wish I knew about that beforehand so I didn't have to waste more time ugh.....
Best of luck next time.
At 26:30 during your 3 point turn you back up without looking out the rear window. Isn't this a point off on the test?
Perhaps?, maybe. im not going in the straight line, im looking over my shoulders and it's a short distance to travel.
But, sure look behind you if you will.
Ok thanks!@@spindrivingschoolbookedtil7125
The problem with the test route in burnaby here is there is a very short stop sign once you exit the ICBC lot to the left. In the past that was often hidden by the tree....i see too many ppl fail their test just because of it.
Thanks for making and uploading this video..! I'm taking my class 7 road test at this Burnaby location tomorrow..! Feeling confident, so it should go well.
Good Luck.
@@spindrivingschoolbookedtil7125 Thank you..!
my road test is this wednesday! thank you so much for this informative video
Best of luck!!!!
great overview! thanks!
This video was extremely useful to help settle my nerves. I'm well prepared for this test, thank you for making this video
You're very welcome. Best of luck.
What to do with the 3 hand signals if I owned a RHD vehicle? Down = Stop. Up = Left and Right = Right? Using my right hand of course in this case. Correct?
Yes, right arm is correct.
Any time before you reverse\go backwards.
Hi, I have a question here, can you turn right in the red light?
Yes.

Amazing..Great job!!!!!
Wanna say thank you so much your videos really help me pass my test in wack today I've failed like 5xs for just stupid shit, the shoulder checking you teach is great really helped me thank you so much
Long overdue but congratulations and Thank you!!!
My test is Wednesday in burnaby. Hopefully I pass!
Sorry for the late response but I passed thanks to you. Reverse was really hard because the lot is quite small but it's manageable better then point Grey.
@@munzirmuhammad8961 was it class 7 and did u do it in lougheed?

I got lucky with chill instructor
Just to keep in mind, there is 5 second delay for the top right right video. So keep in mind everything done in the main video is 5 seconds sooner! Be careful watching!
Teaching my daughter how drive now (she has her L). Question: Can you use your vehicle's camera/screen to reverse in a straight line on the test, or must you use the right outside mirror/rear window? The rear window is basically useless in our SUV for reversing. Thanks.
You can use all your mirrors and the back up camera. Just look behind as well.
@@spindrivingschoolbookedtil7125 Thx.
Thank you for making this video, it is really helpful. I watched it like 3x already. lol. My road test is tomorrow.. Wish me luck!!! I hope I will pass. 🙏🏼
Best of Luck...You got this!!!!
I just got my N today!!! I failed my 1st try due to not having a safe distance while doing parallel parking according to the examiner.. I watched this video 3x before my road test today and voila! I PASSED. Thank you so much!!! 😊
@@adhellemartinez2704 Thats Great..Good Job!!!!
Hello, thank you for this helpful content. Will class 7 road test will test enter and exit highway? 🙏🏼
Yes, it's possible.
