There is a shortage of rental properties for both short and long term in Portland so these are good investments. Buyers can choose based on their pocket
I knw the first house.. in my honest opinion its doesn't worth the 14 mill i see in previous add it was 15 mill still doesn't worth that a lot of fixtures need to be done.. 10 or 9 million and change will leave to do the necessary fixtures..😢 the second house i was close i guess it at 25- 30 mill... Its much way better than the first..😊
The first isn't worth the price. I know it well and it is a narrow box with absolutely no yard space. The interior looks nice though but the price isnt worth it. Really
I think it’s about time Jamaicans and other Caribbean Countries lose the mentality of “living behind bars” 😢 no doubt this is a colonial concept that is unique to our countries only in the west our windows are our showcase As for these houses they are dated and as such belong in another era so unless someone is from that community there is no incentive to take them on and renovate at that cost when new developments are springing up everywhere I apologise if my critique is harsh but I am from England looking to relocate to one of three countries in mind yet to be decided but the house and location will pick me!
Please feature more in portland/Port Antonio. Even house lots. More affordable priced houses and land too
