Wish you guys just made some that were made with the holes in them so people could just keep the original weather stripping and we saved the time from cutting these ourselves

You can use a Hollow Hole Punch and hammer too.

My holes on a couple of them were a tiny bit off so when i tightened the rack down the weather striping kind bowed up and wont click down anymore. What silicon can i use under the whole weather stripping that can easily be removed later if I decide to put new weather stripping back on?

We wouldn't recommend silicon for that. We recommend double sided 3M tape to hold that down.

Might delete your other install video that says use a 3/4 paddle bit...7/8 hole saw would have made my install more of a success than a fail...

Buyer beware, after you spend $1000 for a Prinsu rack customer support is nearly nonexistent. You will likely never get technical support to speak to you on the phone. They prefer texting you meaningless responses. Also be very cautious with the plusnuts (anchors you put in your roof) they do not specify torque. If you do not torque it to an extreme, they will spin when you put the bolts in and it will be a nightmare with no assistance from customer support because there is no customer support.
