I had no almonds, so used peanuts, cashews, and shredded coconut. And I made a bark instead of individual candies. It's beyond good. I can't stop eating it. Nice recipe!

I do a candied almond that is similar. Allulose, butter, vanilla, take it until is dark amber, than mix in the almonds, spread on parchment, flake salt on top. I separate the nuts into individual (not all but so it is not a sheet.) Serve warm on a cold winters night. They are good room temp too.
I have been looking for a turtles recipe with allulose for a long time. I know how awesome allulose is, it's my go-to for all my baking. I even make jams and jelly with it. Don't know why your video didn't pop up until today when I was searching for a See's butterscotch candy recipe but I'm thrilled it did. You are adorable, you explain what you are doing and why very well. I'll be back for more...

Do you think a monk fruit/allulose blend would work? I know they all react a little differently to melting. And we love ChocZero! I recommend everything they make!!
Trying these today. Unfortunately we don't have access to allulose in my neck of the woods, but I did use powdered erythritol. They don't come out chewy, but more like a butterfinger consistency (crunchy/flakey). Which I can still enjoy. If anyone knows how I can achieve the gooey caramel from non-allulose sweeteners, please let me know. Could really use a hack here lol
My mama loves chocnlate and she loves see's candy i do drag her away from that in the mall she hates when i do that. My mom had this craving sweet n savory ever since before she was pregnant with me and she still does i am not a huge fan of chocolate but i do love brownies

Always go with real butter. Natural ingredients are always better than chemicals.
