Same as the other ones but it’s really tight to get in there. The back on is the hardest one. I have a stubby wrench that helps get back there a little easier

Does the fuel have to be primed after doing this?

BRo you should always start the line first before tightening up the seal bolts, otherwise the chances of the seal leaking is higher.
I agree, I do tighten the tube first before anything else
