This machine seems right up your alley! I bet you will have all kinds of fun making books and notebooks in all kinds of sizes. And a great way to use up some of those great papers you have for the covers! It will be interesting to see how the bindings hold up over time.
I’m excited to get back to bookmaking. I purchased the thermal chinch I just have not opened. You opened for me. 😊thank you. Now to our priceless Toby Keith. Have always loved him. Goodness I have cassette tapes, really a big fan. I hope he is in a better place.
@@RhondaMilehamBennett no borne and lived in Davenport Iowa all my 76 years. Just really loved Toby Keith. Saw him at our fair once. I might as well be from Oklahoma, I love Reba, Blake and Toby.
I got it but haven’t had a chance to play. I think it was pricey and I wish that some of the bookmarks came with machine. They had sold out and I really wanted to try that part but I guess I could use ribbon and some of the adhesive strips
Yes....definitely a little pricey. I think they could take $50 off and still make plenty of money for themselves. Happy crafting! Thank you for watching!
You had it in leaning forward and not straight down which I’m sure affected the binding. Also, in order for it to lay flat the woman from I think “HobbyMaker” (UK) you could probably score lines and flip it backwards but she has to test this hack to determine if it’d work.
I wonder if you could make spines in advance with a strip of hot glue hot glue ina self made sine let it cool then. Make book. I hate being tied to company materials….lol
Hi Lady, did you read my mind?? That's scary place!! You don't want to be in there. Haha. A you tuber Lori's DIY Life, did a review and test and WOW!!! She had some problems, and that is an understatement. I trust you!!! I was thinking my DIL Cheyenne might need it. I watched the HSN shows and things but still chicken. Can you please watch her and tell me your thoughts. I haven't finished your video, so I don't know what you think yet. I'm anxious to see and get your thoughts.
Hi, Yes I bought it...HSN I am playing...some are good and others not so good. It does take a little practice ...I love the idea of making books
BTW- technically you could use a curling iron to melt the glue strips
Hi Rhonda, it looks like a fun new tool. You had no problem making your book! Thanks for sharing! 🤩❤️
No, no issues. I watched some other videos, and they had difficulty, but it was user error.

Looks like Lori was not getting the paper in contact with the glue strips, and the cardstock she was using is not the greatest.
On her second video Lori is making it way to difficult! It's not that hard!!!!
Lori had A LOT of user error in her first video on the machine.
Saw someone use hot glue and she said no difference!
Nice to know! Thank you!
