"Maybe people are really offended by Suction Cup Man." Suction Cup Man's entire purpose in life is to offend people (particularly Business Dummy). And use suction cups to climb up Business Dummy's tower. And that's what makes him so awesome.
The reason the characters look like velvet is because the original release of Episode 1 was animated and textured in the style of _South Park,_ All subsequent episodes (Ep2, Ep3, Ep4, and the Ep1 Remastered edition which you watched in this video) were animated in Piemations' drawing style, but were still textured in _South Park_ style for continuity's sake.
Some fun facts: • The guy who climed a tower to meet Trump, and was violently pulled into a tower's window got Piemations inspired to tell the happening in a South Park-inspired animation • The remaster has some amazing additions, like the businessman being able to plunge a suction cup onto a building, and him falling on the car instead on the sidewalk • Piemations is the same guy who made the Friendship is Violence video you reacted to • The full Suction Cup theme song is really great (and if you're following the official YT playlist, you might come accross it in)
