Nationals Prep

Getting into the final days of my 2024 Carry Optics Nationals preparation can really make you focus on the negative if you allow it to.
That’s why I sit myself down before during and after and reflect on how well I’m actually doing.
The negative always comes to the forefront because that’s what we are trying to prevent.
Instead of preventing it I just use it to find answers to improve and minimize those mistakes.
Looking back at this week of training I realized I have done nothing but long distance work and my confidence at distance has really come a long way from last year.
Only a few days left and it will be time to make a run for a National title and that World Shoot Slot I have dreamt about for 5 years.

No drills. Just running different arrays. Entering on different targets, wide transitions, entry and exits.
