I've been watching all of yalls channels and I've watched all of you grow. I will say Tommy has grown I to and amazing driver and I love how competitive you are. Yall are great people and help so many and that's why others help out when needed. That's a stand up racer, when you give parts to make sure another racer can go on if possible. The earned experience of the SRC team really shows getting thru situations that are challenging. It is exciting watching you guys make good at your racing. Were riding in the back seat all the way, even if there is no back seat!
Yall ever though about doing some radiused wheel openings on the rear quarters of the falcon? It would get into some of the unique body lines of the car a little bit but would make it much more serviceable when necessary(kinda function over form). This was a pretty common mod old school drag racers and gassers would utilize to maximize wheel and tire combos. Just a thought.

In regards to how everything went, I’m sure the family time out was great either way. I was as mad as a hornet (learned that line from you) when Tommy Raced his behind off only to get rained out on the home stretch of getting the tire done, just for that other crybaby to take money out of everyone’s pocket. I feel like they ran tommy over bc it should've been slipt by all three of them even though the other guy drew a by doesnt mean nothing at all if limpy was the person who was running the race it would've been slipt by all the drivers everyone knows that in that one guy never leaves the Carolinas he only races in the Carolinas but if it was up north in Ohio I bet my bottom dollar tommy in Billy would've won the race no matter what they are legends for handling it the way they did

Or Men I should say because they took it on the chin, they got their message across and chose not to fight the losing battle and that’s a win in itself. As far as the other guy wanting more money for that, I think maybe a extra 100$ would have been better than handing him almost a extra half of what everyone was getting. But you win some you lose some. If that guy that cried about it had any self respect he would have taken that money and raced Tommy when he essentially called him out by saying his car was on his list. At the end of the day, everyone did the same runs which I side with Jr on. But that’s neither here nor there. One thing I will say is, TOMMY DROVE THE ABSOLUTE SHIT OUT OF THAT FALCON AND THEY MAY HAVE TOOK HIS MONEY, But not one damn person can take that drive from him. Tommy, if you read this, you did everything right. And you’ll be a better man for accepting the loss in the situation in the bigger picture. Chin up brother. Not gonna lie on Tommy's pass whwn the car crossed behind him when I saw it on src I about pinched a hole in my pants just watching it. I couldn't imagine the emotions you felt being there. Very blessed that they turned up the front half. Would hate to see the outcome if that car was 2 tenths slower.

Glad you guys did have a good time on the beach and got home safe. Some people don't have any idea about good sportsmanship and the guy that demanded and got 50% because he drew the buy will find out that that will be the most expensive couple of grand he ever got. Dang it Bill, there’s gotta be a way to fabricate some street rod style skirts that would go up two or 3 feet and a foot in front and back of the wheel and just fasten them on so that you can quickly remove them to change the tire. I did removable quarter panels on my 66 chevelle when I was running out.aw 10.5 OLD ORSCA association . We got sick of having to let the air out and disconnect all that suspension .get some replacement quarters and dzus them on and off like I do I can send pics how I did it against the body lines mine looks good

As Tommy and Billy said there will be things brought up at the drivers meeting that was never brought up in prior meeting's. A race master with a iron fist and final say would cut down on the drama. As far as the ocean part was seen by me was priceless memories by the minute and very nice to see

Oh man I wish I woulda known about this race. I flew into NC on Friday morning from Oregon. And flew out Monday. Hoping to move there and get out and race out there. Thanks again for the great contract.
It might be difficult to store but a thin sheet of aluminum big enough for a jack to fit would help in that grass I daily a 90 obs slammed and it's hard to get under so I keep a sheet of aluminum the width of the bed in truck. Really helps

Last thing Bill I know it was hard for you to keep your cool during the negotiation about the payout but I respect that you did and that you didn't go on a rant here. I've been watching all of yalls channels and I've watched all of you grow. I will say Tommy has grown I to and amazing driver and I love how competitive you are. Yall are great people and help so many and that's why others help out when needed. That's a stand up racer, when you give parts to make sure another racer can go on if possible. The earned experience of the SRC team really shows getting thru situations that are challenging. It is exciting watching you guys make good at your racing. Were riding in the back seat all the way, even if there is no back seat!
Yall ever though about doing some radiused wheel openings on the rear quarters of the falcon? It would get into some of the unique body lines of the car a little bit but would make it much more serviceable when necessary(kinda function over form). This was a pretty common mod old school drag racers and gassers would utilize to maximize wheel and tire combos. Just a thought.

Find a 57 Thunderbird with removable rear fender skirts, copy those out of sheet metal, and then cut the fenders and mount em.

In regards to how everything went, I’m sure the family time out was great either way. I was as mad as a hornet (learned that line from you) when Tommy Raced his behind off only to get rained out on the home stretch of getting the tire done, just for that other crybaby to take money out of everyone’s pocket. I’m envious of the trip in general though. I’d give my left hanger as well as the right, to be able to do that with my family. Keep it pushin bill!

I feel like they ran tommy over bc it should've been slipt by all three of them even though the other guy drew a by doesnt mean nothing at all if limpy was the person who was running the race it would've been slipt by all the drivers everyone knows that in that one guy never leaves the Carolinas he only races in the Carolinas but if it was up north in Ohio I bet my bottom dollar tommy in Billy would've won the race no matter what they are legends for handling it the way they did

Or Men I should say because they took it on the chin, they got their message across and chose not to fight the losing battle and that’s a win in itself. As far as the other guy wanting more money for that, I think maybe a extra 100$ would have been better than handing him almost a extra half of what everyone was getting. But you win some you lose some. If that guy that cried about it had any self respect he would have taken that money and raced Tommy when he essentially called him out by saying his car was on his list. At the end of the day, everyone did the same runs which I side with Jr on. But that’s neither here nor there. One thing I will say is, TOMMY DROVE THE ABSOLUTE SHIT OUT OF THAT FALCON AND THEY MAY HAVE TOOK HIS MONEY, But not one damn person can take that drive from him. Good video Bill I really thought the video the boys put together yesterday was one of there best I really hated to see Billy have that crap with the converter happen and I told them that Tommy drove the hell out of that falcon that was a great buy Billy got he knew what he was doing when he bought that car it is so consistent and a Lil work horse I'm not a LS guy buy no means but that combo on that car is freaking deadly. Not gonna lie on Tommy's pass whwn the car crossed behind him when I saw it on src I about pinched a hole in my pants just watching it. I couldn't imagine the emotions you felt being there. Very blessed that they turned up the front half. Would hate to see the outcome if that car was 2 tenths slower.

Props to Harry for offering to let you use his tires, i did the same for a fellow racer years back and told me when he returned them he wouldnt have done the same for me. I just said we all make choices we may have to suffer from later on so you do you.
Glad you guys did have a good time on the beach and got home safe. Some people don't have any idea about good sportsmanship and the guy that demanded and got 50% because he drew the buy will find out that that will be the most expensive couple of grand he ever got. That's all I will say about that. You guys are always respectful of other racers and that's why you have so many friends. To have friends you have to be friendly. Get them next time. Dang it Bill, there’s gotta be a way to fabricate some street rod style skirts that would go up two or 3 feet and a foot in front and back of the wheel and just fasten them on so that you can quickly remove them to change the tire.

I did removable quarter panels on my 66 chevelle when I was running out.aw 10.5 OLD ORSCA association . We got sick of having to let the air out and disconnect all that suspension .get some replacement quarters and dzus them on and off like I do I can send pics how I did it against the body lines mine looks good

As Tommy and Billy said there will be things brought up at the drivers meeting that was never brought up in prior meeting's. A race master with a iron fist and final say would cut down on the drama. As far as the ocean part was seen by me was priceless memories by the minute and very nice to see

It might be difficult to store but a thin sheet of aluminum big enough for a jack to fit would help in that grass I daily a 90 obs slammed and it's hard to get under so I keep a sheet of aluminum the width of the bed in truck. Really helps
