    12 shirts was the smallest I have taken. I took it because I know the person knew others that also buy shirts regularly and that could turn into many sales... which it did.

      Exactly! That's another reason I take small orders as well. You never know who the customer knows and it may turn into many sales. Good job! Thank you for watching 🙏

    Just did a 5 shirt rush order on safety yellow plaid, single colour left chest and back. Took way longer then expected lining up to the lines of the garment.

      Oh man... yeah sometimes it doesn't go as smooth as we want. So the design needed to be lined up with the shirt lines?

    Thank you for sharing your knowledge. If this exact order would have been 24 units instead of 12, what price would you have charged? Thanks!

    • @thegraffixshack

      For this exact particular order if it was 24 shirts I would have quoted it at $388. Thank you for watching 🙏

    That's great to be able to charge like that and people pay it . For twelve pieces I can't go over $100

      Sometimes our location dictates or caps us at a certain price point; I get it. There's a few things we can do sometimes to provide value for our customers and maybe give us a chance to charge a little more... for example in my case for the order in the video the customer already knows me and knows I can turn over an order pretty fast, no rush fees most of the time and usually no art fees plus I use good quality shirts and I deliver free for customers in my general area.

      Yeah, no problem! Let me figure out how to record my own screen and I'll do a video on how I use Inkscape to create artwork for screen printing.

    How does it dry so fast

    • @thegraffixshack

      I use low cure plastisol ink which cures at 260 degrees. I set my flash dryer about 5 inches above the platten. Once the top layer of ink reaches 300 - 320 degrees the shirt is ready...this allows the entire layer (top to bottom) of ink to reach at least 260 degrees to ensure a full and proper cure. Did that make sense?
      Thank you so much for watching 💯 🙏

    Coating screen and waiting to dry 3-4 hours
    Separating and print art work 1-2
    Printing a 12-24 piece 1.5 hours
    Reclaiming that 1 screen 1 hour .. total = 6-8 hours for $240

    • @nightshifthoops

      Still a good trade off

    • @thegraffixshack

      That's a good observation. However, i always have at least 4 or 5 screens coated and ready to burn at any given time. So, for the video the only thing you didn't see was me burning the screen which took me about 20 minutes. All said and done probably 1 1/2 hours... the next time i get a similar order I'll do a video start to finish to see how long it takes. Thank you for watching 🙏
