The thing with DM is that she's a makeup artist and she makes her brand very pro oriented. It can be hard to kind of cut through, as a regular makeup user, to figure out the best use for the products. She definitely has room to go 3 shades deeper on that contour and cream coverage product. I recommend her Colorfix line, it's a multi use liquid product that can do everything and stay all day.
I think to that end it's part of the problem, the range of skintones pro muas work on can be biased, and I do see a lot more cool toned deep skin in that industry than something more neutral or even warmer like ohemaa.
Thing is, foundation and concealer really are basically the same thing. Some have more coverage. Some have less coverage. Some are more matte. Some are more hydrating. For a long time I used the nars soft matte complete concealer over a very well prepped, moisturized base, and blended it out super thin to use basically as a foundation for events. Worked great. Don’t limit yourself!
the color fix doesn't blend out that well & dries down quick. I tried to use one of the nudes as a concealer/foundation... it was not it. I love them as eyeshadow & lipstick tho.
Thanks to you I'm into makeup again! I'm in my 60's! Your technique is flawless! I can't get enough of your videos! Though I have a few DM products Juvia's Place is still my favorite so far!
I don't think it's too much blush at all!. Not gonna lie, i thought the brows would look out of place like too stark but weirdly, after foundation and everything, it mellowed yet sets off the final look too. So good!!
@@ohemaabonsuI agree with her I was a bit worried at first but now I’m like holy shat! It turned out beautiful even tho I still have to get used to the brows lol but it’s still beautiful but hey you beautiful with or without makeup!
First off, I have to say that with this look, I really love the brows, like a lot. The concealer foundation was really gray which I was surprised by and I wasn't sure about the yummy skin at first as I thought it was a smidge too dark but it really turned out beautiful in the end. Thanks for checking out these products. 💜
What's with the gray under tones 😮. I like DM products; I know they're pro level so they're multi-use, which I like 👍🏾. You made it all work doll 😉. LOVE the hair too gorgeous 😍
I'm obsessed with Danessa Myrics 🥰🥰🥰 sha has so many cool products. I'm pretty surprised that the contour and concealer shades are are sooo cool 😮. She usually hits. This is a really pretty look still in love with the eyebrows, and you are too funny 😂
I was sooo excited I thought I was about to discover a gem with the 2-in1 product but then the shade didn’t hit and the contour too but the ones that worked worked really well
I use the bronzer instead of the contour balm. I use colorfix for blush and eyeshadow (A lil colorfix goes a long way). I also use the illuminating veil on my face and body for glow (A little also goes a long way). It’s also a great metallic shadow on the lid.
I have the Yummy Skin foundation, glow primer serum, a few color fixes, and the bronzer. Also with the balm powder in Universal and Number 9. I love them all. The balm powder blush is nice too but it’s not very pigmented. I tend to use chocolate color fix which is like a deep berry brown color for a blush, lip, and eye look. Also I’ve been using the Milk makeup blurring and mattifying spray for the Summer! And Girl, it’s Perfection!! Spraying before makeup and after is key for me.
Heeeeeyyyy 👋🏾🤩 that is a lewk 💅🏾how was the wear test, if you wore it for a while? Also, was the lipstick limited edition or do I have chance to still find it?

Love color fix! Lip, cheek, and eye product!
I always always hear good things about the colorfix line. I need to check it out.

I love it. I’m tempted to make this my regular look. NGL 😂

Wow!! Your skin looks FLAWLESS!! The foundation is really nice! Love the finished look! 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩
Danessa has a darker contour/bronzer that comes in a circular pot; I have both and definitely prefer the latter. Love this completed look! ❤
That purple is interesting as a blush and good foundation match

Loving the beautiful skin and natural lashes ❤
Thanks so much

Loooove the finished look, so artistic and creative! I wonder what a liner would've looked like with that lip, thoo! So cool Ohemaa!
I love danesaa myricks products. It looks flawless and gives a filter effect

You use bronzer as contour because of the warm undertone cuz you’re warm?
