This is the same way we make zines and I can't believe I never thought of doing it this way before. Thank you for sharing this wonderful, portable and cheap idea! I like how you can turn it inside out and reuse it on both sides. How wonderful. :)!
Oh man! I just finished printing a customized pocketmod. This is great. I’m starting fresh when Nov comes. Thank you for this. I can def get used to this.
My perfect pocket notebook is leuchtturm1917 a6 pocket. Completely different to your approach: full a6 height, hardcover, 187 pages, numbered pages so i can have a usable index, two bookmarks, it’s just perfect for me. I always carry one, even around the house, most of the time i have two a6 and one a5 with me. ❤ and they are fantastic to archive. I just yesterday needed the address of a doctor I had an appointment once and the only thing i knew was that it had to be within the past 3 years. It took me maybe 15 minutes and i got this one very random information out of my archive shelf. ❤
the 1917 is my favorite hardbound notebook! But I carry a pocket notebook so it's always in my pocket and I don't forget where I put it SQUIRREL! and lose it
I like the R4 format. Don't like using a wallet as a notebook, because I prefer not to take out my wallet in public unless I need to pay for something. Always carry 2 wallets. One for some cash and a card, the other is for my ID, etc. Shoulderbag and all into that. If you get mugged they usually don't ask for a second wallet.
That's a great idea! I also heard of a guy who carried his cash in a money clip and just a few bills in his wallet. That way if the wallet got stolen, he still had his cash stash!
Thanks for watching! The wallet is handmade from my leather company, Boss Leather. It's a nice hobby! Plus, 100% handmade for only $60! Yeah, I went through so many different systems, and spent so much money, and the entire point is to write things down! I have used William Hannah, Plotter Mini, Filofax, Franklin Covey, Field Notes, Moleskin, almost everything. And all I really needed was a folded piece of paper! Good luck with the hunt!
@@six10creative lol man. You’re right though. The most important thing is just write what needs to be noted. And in respect to calendar and keeping track, do you just use your phone for that? Thank you again for the video. For sure makes me think. 👍🏻

Love this! Everyone goes on and on about the "perfect" notebook. The most important thing is what works best for YOU! Keep making these videos.
@@GareTheBear Thank you brother!
I use one of those pocket mods as a weekly planner. One page per day and the extra page for notes. It works great and so easy to carry.
That is a great idea! So versatile, takes up little to no space, and costs nothing to make!
