I have a AF-P Nikkor 18-55mm kit lens, could you suggest me a prime lens which is AF-P and not AF-S and please tell me the difference between both of them !! Hope a reply from you soon....
It feels so good to finally understand how to use the histogram. I will be walking around with the camera tomorrow, to fully understand how it works, first hand, but this is going to put me way ahead of the game. Thanks for the awesome quick tutorial!
Dude, I only watched two videos but god damn. All the more popular channels only half explain everything or as you said they would, say the incorrect thin or a myth and confused the shit out of me. Subbed for life again thank you!
The best video that explained histogram so well. I have not seen any other videos that was so clearly explained this concept in a way that I completely understood.
So the main point is avoiding clipping, touching the left, or right side of the histogram. And you can be on the extreme left or right, or in the middle, depending on what effect you want to show. This is what I got from your explanation.
Great Explanation! I trusted the jpeg preview image on the LCD screen too many times. As I improve my Histogram is always up and so is my rule of 3 grid. Switched completely to RAW and Manual mode with sometimes being in Aperture or Shutter priority.
Thanks for the explanation. You did explain well about the X-axis cut-offs... I wish to know that what happens if the Y axis data gets clipped? For example, at 03:45, you can see a slight clipping of the data in the Y-axis.
Brother that means the saturation of blue colour is too high...You can decrease it in the tonal curve section of RGB curves if you want a lower saturation
Thanks for this simple explanation -- avoid large spikes on the left or the right -- UNLESS the scene contains huge amounts of black or white so that it SHOULD contain spikes.
Happy new year everyone! Hope this video helped you.
Happy New year 😊❤️
Happy New Year Bother.
Yes i am hoping it is going to help me further.
