I ACCIDENTLY FOUND THIS BROWSIMNG AROUND WITH MY MOUSE AND I'M SO GLAD I DID. SCOTT THIS IS AMAZING, WONDERFUL AND A REAL KEEPER. sOME I DON'T KNOW WHO THEY ARE, BUT MOST I DO. I MUST ADMIT THAT I GET AN ERRIE CREEPY FEELING AT VIEWING SOME BECAUSE THEY REMIND ME OF A CORPSE . THIS IS THE BEST DISPLAY I HAVE EVER SEEN AND THE NEXT BEST THING TO 'BEING THERE'. THANK YOU SO MUCH.
I love your still at it Scott. I took a tour of yours back in the day and won a hat answering a trivia question about wizard of oz. I am very grateful I have that day of memories in my life. I wish good things for you always.
This is fantastic Scott I love this! I've never been to a wax museum or to Hollywood for that matter, so this was greatly appreciated by me. I love your vlogs and you can tell that you put your heart into all of them with love and respect! Thank you for sharing..
I spent a great deal of my childhood at the Movieland Wax Museum. For me, there was nothing better. I have a collection of Movieland memorabilia. Post cards, brochures, pennant, Keystone Kop bobblehead. Movieland was, is, and forever will be my happy place. Thank you for adding the pictures at the end. I am looking for one specific article for my collection. I'm looking for the original blueprint for the museum.
A few figures were instantly recognizable but many (most), not so much. I had to laugh when you did the closeups on the mouths, especially Freddie Mercury, may he rest in peace.
Thank you so much for this Scott. I used to go to the Movieland Wax Museum when I was little and I always loved that place. It broke my heart when I found they tore it down. It should have been made a historical landmark in my opinion. I'm looking forward to seeing the other videos you posted about it. I think where a lot of these places go wrong is the hair. Bad wigs galore. LOL
Definitely the hair. And the skin is either too matte or too shiny on some of them. I think you can see the differences in style between the wax artists too.
🙌😃❤️❤️❤️❤️ Thank you soooo much Scott for sharing this video !!! I have never been to a wax museum and I enjoyed it very much !!! I had no idea there are so many and how different the figures look !!! Love it !!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️👏👏👏👏👏😃😃😃😃🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳
I've been to The Hollywood Wax Museum. Loved it!! 😊 I never realized how many museums there were!! The Hollywood Wax Museum doesn't look as great as I remember it. I was there in '86. Madam Tuessads in London looks amazing! (Sp) and the one in Hollywood. This was awesome! Thank you so much for your dedication to your fans!! 😊
Sweet fancy moses! No copyright infringement risk here lol! That DeLorean saved the one and I couldn't tell if it was Courtney Love or Marilyn next to Christopher Walken?! 🤪
There's a real spectrum of talent on display here. The Madame Tussaud's and Nashville museums, for instance, are surprisingly legit, but I don't think I'll ever consider wax the definitive medium for rendering humans.
0:17 David Spade 1:24 Camilla Parker-Bowles 1:32 Courtney Love 6:02 David Bowie on his ranch 7:12 Jeffery Dahmer's apartment 7:42 Sylvester Stallone and Sammy Davis Jr 7:50 Phil Hartman 8:27 Eric Idle 9:14 Chad Smith
MM must be hard to do because I've never seen a figure or doll that comes very close to capturing her. Louis Tussaud's stuff looks like cartoon charactchures of the actual people from the Sunday paper and that "special" mushrooms may be involved somehow in their creation; like he's the Eric Trump of the Tussaud family legacy? This was sooo great!
I can remember being at the one in Niagara Falls off season and I was all alone most of the walk through...haunts me still. They were like 80% alive and I did not like it! Nice show.
had a great time watching this, so life like wow guessed names on quite a few, but on some not sure on the tip of my tongue, just awesome... thanks !!!!
Loved Clint Eastwood, a hard face to do. Loved Captain Pickard. Loved Robin Williams and Judy Garland A good MJ seems so hard to do. Loved Prince Thank you for sharing
Hi Scott great video but those statues are horrible they don't look like them at all and I'm surprised madam tussard are usually spot on so I'm shocked
It's like you can figure out enough to know where they were going with it. Someone started on a 12-pack, and by the 6th, it was where everything went wrong.
WOW from place to place, the only way I could tell who they were supposed to be is by the way they were dressed. A lot of them I still couldn't recognize. WOW 🤔😆😂😅🤣😃🤷🏽👁️👁️
Dude I could actually recognize a hand full of people! The others I had to look at what they are wearing or the props behind them. They seem to get like the mouth right and the eyes wrong! Lol Thank you Scott. I love ALL your videos! ❤❤❤
Some were exactly like the person standing there and I expected them to move . Others didn't even look like who they were supposed to be and in some cases were in need of a redo or a polishing. Crazy!
funny, the best of the worst, this was a blast!!! the tina turner was priceless, it look like tina was taking hormones and the transformation was nearly complete, again priceless...
Wow! Out of all those figures I was impressed by maybe around ten and a lot of them I had no idea who they were suppose to be. Dali Lama, Hefner, Bonanza, and some others were really good. The Grand Ole Opry seemed to have really good likenesses. Harrison Ford "Indy" looked like Bill Maher.
I recognise some of these from nightmares I 've had over the years. My nomination for the most ineptly frightening likeness goes to.....Tina Turner. I can only assume that at the time, the sculptor was under the influence of some real dodgy magic mushrooms.
👍💯❤👏👏👏 I did enjoy it. Some I got kind of stumped on, some confused me and the others was ok. I plan to rewatch later when I can really sit back and fully appreciate what I'm watching. Some I could not quite get those stumped me. Some I knew who they was supposed to be. But all in all . I liked and enjoyed this. Good Job. Thank you for posting and sharing. Going to share with my twin, I want to see how well she do. I do apperciate your sense of humor.👍take care.have fun and just enjoy your life. I know that's what I plan to do. Love, respect and positivity always. ✌👊🖖🤗🥰🙂👋. Neita and Ace
I love, love, love wax museums. Madam Tussauds was without a doubt, incomparable. From what I just saw in your video they need to step up their game. The stylist and artists who made the molds during, or up until the 1990s were not sloppy like these. There’s no attention to the simplest detail. Michael Jackson had his 1980s nose, Freddy Mercury had no teeth! It’s obvious there’s no watching videos or learning about the characters. It’s all about the clothes. Most of us are fascinated by the craftsmanship.
That was brilliant thank you for sharing Scott though must admit didn’t recognise a few 🤣 could you imagine them all coming alive at night… now that’s a movie I’d pay to watch! Watch you all the time here in the U.K
You know the wax figure is good when it makes the hair on your arms stand up. 🙂🙂 then there are some that um well just aren't, some of them if it wasn't for the surroundings you would never guess who it was supposed to be. But all in all I thoroughly enjoyed this video, thank you for your travels and getting videos of everything you did, and sharing it all with us. 😊😊😊😊 thank you again, take care.
Some of them were amazing. But I have to tell you I laughed a lot trying to figure out who they were supposed to be... Especially the early ones on the video. I've never been to a wax museum. But I think I didn't enjoy it like you do.
A lot of the renditions look nothing like the real people. The first Lucille Ball one was awful. But I guess the artist gives their impression. Fun video Scott
If I had visited these museums, I would have demanded a refund, that is if I could talk while being carried out on a stretcher from laughing myself sick . To each his own. 🤣🤣🤣
Scott.... I cracked up in the very beginning when I saw the first Ellen DeGeneres... she scared me half to death. The mobsters were funny too. I enjoyed this so much. Thanks Scott! PS... Did you slap Will Smith? Lol......
The one that looked the most realistic was the first Hugh Hefner. I know this might not go over well, but the James Dean looked more like David Spade lol
That was awesome. The Marilyn Monroe statue looked so drunk, she would have gone home with the Michael Jackson statue.
😂🤣😂🤣
What I took away from this is - There's alot of people in the wax figure making business that shouldn't be in the wax figure making business.
It was the close-ups for me🤣
Fun tour! That first Marilyn was frightening. 😱
First wax museum I ever went to as a child was at Niagara Falls .So Scary and fun. The Betty White one was good.
Lawd! Scott that first wax museum I laughed so hard my stomach hurts! This was so entertaining! Thanks for sharing!
Me to! 😂
Especially at the Ellen DeGenerous wax dummy & others. Hillarious 😂🤣😂🤣
I love your still at it Scott. I took a tour of yours back in the day and won a hat answering a trivia question about wizard of oz. I am very grateful I have that day of memories in my life. I wish good things for you always.
I hate to say this being an MJ fan but those wax figures probably looked more real in person than he did.
This is fantastic Scott I love this! I've never been to a wax museum or to Hollywood for that matter, so this was greatly appreciated by me. I love your vlogs and you can tell that you put your heart into all of them with love and respect! Thank you for sharing..
For over 20 years, you've been cracking me up, Scott. For someone who doesn't even know me, you GET me 😄
Scott, thanks for the tours and all the nightmares!❤❤❤

1:29 It looks like the sculpture couldn't decide if they wanted to do Marilyn Monroe or Courtney Love and ended doing a combo of the two.
A few figures were instantly recognizable but many (most), not so much. I had to laugh when you did the closeups on the mouths, especially Freddie Mercury, may he rest in peace.
Hysterical. Masterpiece! The road of good intentions is paved with wax.
Enjoy your video Scott, this was fun to watch.
This was a very fun video, thank you Scott!

the Tina Turner one was hideous! LOL

Hello Scott I’ve been a fan since 2009 thank you for all your content and insight into Hollywood.

Creepy in all ways… “ sit back and Rest In Peace “ Brilliant Scott 👍

A good MJ seems so hard to do.
Loved Prince
Thank you for sharing
Eww! Some of these are unrecognizable! Thank you for sharing. Love your channel!!
The Niagra Falls Wax Museum did horribly on most of them.
Hi Scott great video but those statues are horrible they don't look like them at all and I'm surprised madam tussard are usually spot on so I'm shocked
Freddie Mercury without his teeth? That's just disrespectful! Loved the video!
Why the close up of Freddie Mercurys mouth? Lol
The close up on Freddy Mercury’s mouth made me lol
Awesome video, thanks for sharing with us.
I also love wax musuems! I've been to the one in NYC, London and in St. Augustine, Fl.
18:12 Scott tries to tune in Tokyo. Little bit of static, but the station finally comes through... LOL 😆
When did Ross Perot become Mother Theresa?
Hi 👋🏼 Scott! Me too!! Love wax museum’s!
Although not wax, the 'Scary Lucy' bronze statue should get a (dis)honorable mention here :D
It's like you can figure out enough to know where they were going with it. Someone started on a 12-pack, and by the 6th, it was where everything went wrong.
My God! Did they even look at a photo to guide them? Especially the Niagra falls museum. The Hollywood was pretty good.
The rock music museum...
the criminal museum.... and almost everything else shown was awful! So thanks!
You saved me some money.
Ohhh I love them all!!
WOW from place to place, the only way I could tell who they were supposed to be is by the way they were dressed. A lot of them I still couldn't recognize. WOW 🤔😆😂😅🤣😃🤷🏽👁️👁️

Luv ur vids they are the best!keep em coming x
I love Monica Lewinsky with the infamous blue dress on...lol!
Madam Truessads is by far the best. Thanks Scott for taking us along with you
funny, the best of the worst, this was a blast!!! the tina turner was priceless, it look like tina was taking hormones and the transformation was nearly complete, again priceless...
A good many were spot on! Especially the Johnny Depp one in Vegas!
JFK looks like a younger Brad Pitt lol
Oh how I love this!!! Every second of it. That Will Smith slap was noted 😂 and I love the mouth close ups. 😅
I recognise some of these from nightmares I 've had over the years.
My nomination for the most ineptly frightening likeness goes to.....Tina Turner.
I can only assume that at the time, the sculptor was under the influence of some real dodgy magic mushrooms.
She looked like a guy 😳
Hello Scott I'm been watching your videos for about a month and I love them. My favorite wax people are Sammy Davis and Harry Potter.
Awesome video👍
While some of these wax figures strongly resemble stars, I must say there are some which are pathetically off ! Thank you, Scott.
Wow, some decent ones and some, well, drunk. lol Thank you, Scott! 1:34 Marilyn
This was a great video Scott
Omg the Ellen one was hideous
Niagara Falls is so kitschy!
Haven’t been back in many years
some of them looked realistic like Jean-Luc Pacard, Elvira, cool tour 😎
🥰🙌😃 Wow, Johnny Depp in Madam Taussaud's! Looks so realistic! And Alfred Hitchcock!!!
This was fun, Scott. Though, truth be told, I’d say I didn’t recognize a good 50% of them.
Thanks.
That first Tina Turner was terrifying! As well as the Marilyn Monroe, that looked nothing like her
I swear I saw a ghostly face on the left side of the picture of the ST VALENTINE'S DAY MASSACRE exhibit!
Awesome video! 🔥
The Madame Tussauds in Hollywood was spot on and the one of Jimmy and Janice were spot on and that's it
Thanks for the video, haven't laughed this much in YEARS!!!
That was so great!!
Hello Scott nice video see you soon
👍💯❤👏👏👏 I did enjoy it. Some I got kind of stumped on, some confused me and the others was ok. I plan to rewatch later when I can really sit back and fully appreciate what I'm watching. Michael Jackson had his 1980s nose, Freddy Mercury had no teeth!
It’s obvious there’s no watching videos or learning about the characters. It’s all about the clothes.
Most of us are fascinated by the craftsmanship.
The wax museum in grand prairie Texas did a haunted house one year and it scared the bejesus out of me lmao.
I have to admit it, up to the 17 minute mark, there weren’t many I could recognize.
That was brilliant thank you for sharing Scott though must admit didn’t recognise a few 🤣 could you imagine them all coming alive at night… now that’s a movie I’d pay to watch! Watch you all the time here in the U.K

Did I spot George Carlin at The Last Supper? (Great video, Scott-THANK YOU!)
The most realistic was Sammy Davis Jr.s left eye 👁️. Spot on! -😁
Madame Tussaud’s has the best likenesses . I’ve been to the ones in Vegas and LA. The ones in this video…. OMG LOL
Some of them were amazing. But I have to tell you I laughed a lot trying to figure out who they were supposed to be... Especially the early ones on the video. I've never been to a wax museum. But I think I didn't enjoy it like you do.
Some are really good and others are waaaaaaaaay off. Thanks for sharing
Wow! Some are just horrid! The pope at Niagara Falls looked exactly like Whitey Bulger..
A lot of the renditions look nothing like the real people. The first Lucille Ball one was awful. But I guess the artist gives their impression. Fun video Scott
Madame Tussaud's seems to have the most consistently realistic figures.
i was living in dfw when ripley's burnt to the ground...
tTHANK YOU FROM A CANADIAN FOR SHOWING NIGARA FALLS BUT NEXT TIME PLEASE TRY NIGHTMARES
Lol......
I cannot believe how awful some of those figures were!!
Was one of those meant to be the Valentine’s Day massacre by any chance?🤷♀️
That criminal museum was criminal if they charged more than a dollar.
Tina Turner would have sued but she didn’t realize the sculpture was supposed to be her. Yikes.
The one that looked the most realistic was the first Hugh Hefner. I know this might not go over well, but the James Dean looked more like David Spade lol
