- Hello my dearest friend! Thank you for joining me for another VLOG! Today we are doing a round of errands, heading outside for fresh air, and then making SCRUNCHIES! Of course, there will be some outdoor scenes, a vanilla latte, and Harley! We have so much to do today, so I hope you enjoy a little peek into a day in my life. ♥

I admire how you break the stereotype of a stay-at-home wife. Especially since you don't have kids yet it's easy for people to assume that all you do is laze around and watch TV. But you are actually quite productive and so positive! I have to point out though- now that you're probably making revenue from TH-cam and your blog, you should actually be called "self-employed" and not "stay-at-home", just like any other TH-camr out there.
My favourite vlogs are when you clean cook or sew. Even if you stayed home all day you would be enjoyable to watch.
Even if i dont agree with everything you say I always think about everything and try too see what I can incorporate in my life to be better girlfriend, friend and human being. I really enjoy watching your videos. There is something so calming about you. Sending some love :DDD

I have never heard anyone complain about having small shoulders before... I would pick having dainty shoulders than my line backer shoulders
I relate to this 😭 I used to be a competitive swimmer in my town so I've been swimming for a majority of my childhood and adolescent years and gosh I developed such broad man shoulders it made me so insecure about my torso area. I didn't wear cute dresses that showed if my shoulders because they made my body look so broad and disproportionate and I literally regretted swimming at one point. But I got over it and learned how to play around with my clothing after I realized my shoulders are an asset to my looks😭❤

I'm not religious, but I really respect your channel! The vlogs always put me in a happy mood. I also like that you don't seem to be a hypocrite; you seem pretty consistent. I stay at home and my husband works. We share a bank account and we both have debit cards. I'm not sure how other couples do it, but that's how we do!

Nah, her faith, beliefs, morals and relationship will definitely always come before TH-cam and blogging.
Kristin johns is a fairly comparable channel in terms of vloggers, but it does not seemed to have affected her much. The difference is she stays within her network and does not get involved with drama or the dramatic beauty crowds.

I think it’s amazing the appreciation you have for this stage of life that you’re in and the time you have. I had no clue at your age about these things🤷♀️Looking back I feel I definitely squandered my time in some sinful, selfish, and useless pursuits. I try not to regret anything because it all got me to where I am today, which is great, but I do wish I had a little more foresight back then. Anyway, 👏 enjoy the stage you’re in now and all the beautiful things that come after it💗

Speculaas is a "dutch thing". The Dutch established a monopoly on the spice trade in the 17th century and their bakers experimented with all these spices. Altough speculaas is very popular in the neighbouring country's like Germany and Belgium as well, so it is produced there as well. Enjoy!

Well, Aldi is from Germany and Gewürzspekulatius (spiced speculoos) and Butterspekulatius (butter speculoos) is really popular in Germany during Christmas and Advent. But dutch windmill cookies (it's the same) are also popular in the Netherlands.Greetings from Germany ❤
Lake Michigan is the best! I'm a Traverse City gal, and ANYTIME I'm feeling low, that lake lifts me right up. We are truly blessed to have it so nearby.

I am a SAHM and often felt like what I was doing wasn't making a difference, and I often subconsciously tried to incorporate many masculine things in my life to feel stronger ( experienced a lot of trauma) I have been filtering some of your suggestions and advice into my life over the past few months and they have helped a lot. My husband has noticed as well and I think is welcoming the changes. I really feel like the Lord has shown me your channel in order to show that this role as a wife, mother and homemaker- he made for me is special and has value. I hated my feminine side for years, as to me it was a sign of weakness due to the traumatic experiences I had. Forcing the feminine side of me-out has almost been a form of therapy and I am starting to feel really secure as a woman. Thank you for this channel!
Hey Caitlin please dont worry about being quiet in your vlog as you explained about your husband sleeping and really respect this. I did'nt even notice you were being quieter 😊. Also please dont worry about doing the same thing in every vlog. I sense some worry creeping in and this is usually the time when a lot of vloggers start changing their content and adding things they would never normally do because of fear that people will get board and then their vlogs are no longer an accurate representation of how they live. Ive seen it happen so many times and have sadly had to move on. I really want to encourage you that we tune in for you, to see your face and be a part of your wonderful world, to hear the music and watch the changing seasons where you are but most of all it gives us comfort to know that there are people out there who feel the same way we do. I love the angst in this video 😂💗 I feel that way sometimes too! And I also have tiny shoulders and my bags constantly fall down! If my shirt doesn’t have a tiny neck hole, it slides down my shoulders too!! It’s kind of annoying but I like the daintiness or my shoulders!

Hi Caitlin! How do I open my husband up to the idea of me being a homemaker? He works a lot and I am still in school but I think when we start a family together it would be very beneficial to have me at home. Would love your input!
Ask him his opinion, he may suprise you. Lay out how it would work, what you would do at home, the benefits of you being home. Be open and honest with him. Good luck!

Quick tip if you're ever in a pinch for chip clips: I use clothes pins. It's not the cutest, but it gets the job done !
I’ve been doing a lot of sewing projects recently. I made a few Christmas pillow covers for the pillows on my couch. Then I made matching scarves for our family photos. A simple straight edge one for my husband, a frayed edge, blanket style one for me and an infinity one for my daughter.

My stepmom is Canadian so at my dad’s house we celebrate Canadian thanksgiving (even though we live in Texas)! Then once halloween is over we can start decorating for Christmas 🎄
Okay I hear you about the American Thanksgiving...I grew up in Toronto and Thanks Giving was kind of lost as even 40 years ago the urban folks are very disconnected from rural. I married a agricultural man and moved to the East Coast of Canada and have watched him farm the land for near 44 years now , I have come to realize that Canadian Thanksgiving represents faith in the hope of a good harvest. as it is seldom if ever under cover by the middle of October.
I get the really small shoulder thing as well it;s like 1 1/2 inches from my collar bone to the edge of my sloaping shoulders...arm bags, cross body bags, but seldom just a shoulder bag.
Your day in the life vlogs are my fave types of videos you do. Despite not always agreeing with every single thing you preach on your channel, you do have a very sweet and genuine nature and you're addictive to watch I must admit. I would love to see you do a sort of cook with me or bake with me series on your channel. I love cooking but would love to expand upon the dishes I do make, and incorporate more baking in my life. I'm a Canadian living in the US and we go to our cottage on lake Ontario for Canadian Thanksgiving and then celebrate American Thanksgiving in the States 😊
