When it comes to your parent I'm sure they love you and they don't regret anything . You only have two parents so love them they won't always be here . And wow friends you will learn they come and go just keep the positive about them in mind and move on . Be more positive and stop searching for hapiness it's time to create it

Skillet I think purposefully leaves it vague enough so people who aren't religious like myself can still enjoy the music. But the references are there in just about all of their songs. Certain lines you can just hear and you know what they mean by it but at the same time, those same lines can be interpreted to mean something else entirely. They are the best clever band to do this kind of thing imho

I know christian people who listen to metal that is and isnt “christian” and they respect the musicianship just the same…..not you in mind because you seem cool but God hate in music needs to stop…like you say Skillet left it vague enough, some bands are forced to leave God out just to make money as musicians..my friend was on live TV once and they made him take his cross necklace off that he just generally wears on his neck…christian’s and none christian’s wear crosses so I thought it was crazy the producers made him take it off when he wasn’t talking about God….just hate tbh….but I love all people regardless of faith

I was 9 or 10 when this album came out. I remember seeing them at spirit west coast at the Del Mar fair grounds in San Diego. This was right after Jen joined the band. Insane show, instant hooked
I seem to catch myself singing this out of no where constantly and it always makes me relisten to it. It's just such a great song to come back to.
