I'm not convinced there aren't magical gnomes in your office. The Baby is too convenient of an excuse. What are you hiding, down there in Florida, Santa Clause?
You know, for a book/series that you say isn't really a good starting point you sell it very well Allen, too well! However, this video needed more baby. No better selling point than his little cute awed face while you spoke of logistics and themes.
Of Parker's first 2 trilogies, I like this one over his Scavenger trilogy. I read both many years ago and have never reread. Not sure if I will reread these (the older I get the bigger the TBR seems lol). I do plan to reread the Engineer Trilogy at some point. I'll be curious how you will compare the 2 trilogies when you get there.
That's an excellent reminder that I do have The Folding Knife on my Kindle, but must admit that baby stole the show (I'm pregnant so I blame those hormones 😂). He does look like you! 😍👌
Allen went all in on the theme since he sounds like he's talking through steel
Hahahahahahah I know...it is a tragedy
The cohost contributions are fantastic! Just another reminder that I need to keep working through the Parker bibliography. Thank you sir.

I think baby likes military logistics!
@@nightleopard13 he loves it!!
I ain’t gonna read this but I have Senlin Ascends next up in the queue after Tyrant Philosophers so my commitment to cause is beyond reproach

Even knowing book two broke Anitha, I am very interested in the themes Parker is exploring in this book.
@@CharMeezy21 really good but not fleshed out completely until the next two books
Came for the book review, left with baby fever... Y'all I can't afford another child!
I had to watch the first part twice😂 I was admittedly very distracted by the cuteness overload 🥰

I think i like this book morethan book 2. Not sure if its because of how long I took to finish book 2.
Also, we need more baby time.
