Yes ooo my dear I’m telling you,when I was looking for a house I told the lady agent i was looking for a newly built house with maximum of just four persons in the complex,she was just nodding her head and telling me she knows what I want only for her to give me a call and said she has seen what I’m looking for,I drove to the location she gave me lo and behold immediately I saw the gate of the building I knew it was a no no but I didn’t just want her effort to go to waste,we opened the gate of the building and it was like a car park,to crown it all she said “madam let’s go and see the apartment you will like it” I was like seriously,I didn’t know when the words “are you okay”left my thoughts and came out of my mouth, my cousin that went with me was rolling on the burnet of my car with so much laughter,I was pissed, but then they are everywhere 😂😂😂😂😂😂

The company i worked for will purposely drag out clients just to collect inspection fee of 5k, see poverty. If you tell the client the truth about the house before collecting the money, you'll be sanctioned aswr😂 I've left sha. But sometimes some clients' budget is always lower than their taste. Always annoying😂 that's why i like telling them all the features before going to the place to show them and I'll tell them if I've never been there before. Aswr it's on both sides sha😂
This is so relatable.... You seee i had a funny experience with the Unprofessional one... While we were waiting for the person to bring key, we asked for where we could get food to eat. Thats how Huncle agent, said he can take us somewhere, we got there, Huncle agent ordered pounded yam, goat meat and pomo join self. I was very upset. I told hubby we wont pay for it oh. His food cost more that each of us. Hubby paid some of the money and asked him to balance the remaining. Yeeyee agent😢

One time I was taken to a house that had a toilet on a hill. You had to climb about two steps because the toilet seat was placed high up there inside the toilet space.
