Yes ooo my dear I’m telling you,when I was looking for a house I told the lady agent i was looking for a newly built house with maximum of just four persons in the complex,she was just nodding her head and telling me she knows what I want only for her to give me a call and said she has seen what I’m looking for,I drove to the location she gave me lo and behold immediately I saw the gate of the building I knew it was a no no but I didn’t just want her effort to go to waste,we opened the gate of the building and it was like a car park,to crown it all she said “madam let’s go and see the apartment you will like it” I was like seriously,I didn’t know when the words “are you okay”left my thoughts and came out of my mouth, my cousin that went with me was rolling on the burnet of my car with so much laughter,I was pissed, but then they are everywhere 😂😂😂😂😂😂

The company i worked for will purposely drag out clients just to collect inspection fee of 5k, see poverty. If you tell the client the truth about the house before collecting the money, you'll be sanctioned aswr😂 I've left sha. But sometimes some clients' budget is always lower than their taste. Always annoying😂 that's why i like telling them all the features before going to the place to show them and I'll tell them if I've never been there before. Aswr it's on both sides sha😂

Sadly, I met them all and more. I still have PTSD when I remember what I went through. At the end of the day I was scammed of almost 500k, I paid and the agent vanished into thin air. The landlord said he has never seen the agent I paid to before hence no house for me. I almost slip into depression. Thank God we don’t look like what we have been through.

Thats how Huncle agent, said he can take us somewhere, we got there, Huncle agent ordered pounded yam, goat meat and pomo join self. I was very upset. I told hubby we wont pay for it oh. His food cost more that each of us. Hubby paid some of the money and asked him to balance the remaining. Yeeyee agent😢

Location liars are the worst! The man told me the house was close to town, that's how we spent over 45 minutes on the road getting there! The house was close to a forest and there was no road leading to it! We had to pass over a dump hill and a football field to get to the house, which was another 15 minutes added😂😂
