You calculated ROAS, with a currency format in place. So assuming it was a 26 ROAS which is pretty good for service based business. Revenue per lead is the revenue divided by the lead volume.

when optimizing - for when lead form cost per lead starts going up, do you duplicate at the ad level or the ad set level? When you do duplicate do you turn off the ad you duplicated and let the clone run with the same creative or do you change it out as well? It'd be better if you mention that your cost of service and ad budget are separate + set an ad budget per month, most of that ad budget if set per day, won't really be spent entirely since some days spend less and some days spends more than the allotted daily budget

Let the client do it at first, one day if you can offer it great, but it’s logistically challenging in the beginning.

Asking myself the same, i think beeing honest about how much the service cost and how much was spend on ads is a better way go offer.
